    Is it just me or is torres, at 50 mil, a bit overpriced? Sure he's one of the better strikers in the world - Euro 2008 and World cup winner(sure he did a lot there...). Infact the world cup final summed him up in my eyes - too injury prone. And the amount of times we've been hearing for the last couple of seasons "if only torres and gerrard played more games together.." blabla

    I rate Suarez but like "every" top striker in the dutch league - it's always a bit dodgy when it comes to them performing in the EPL.

    Torres and Suarez would be too sick for Liverpool up front. SSN says Torres wants to go and I dont blame him - Chelsea and himself would benefit greatly from this possible move.

    Do feel that Liverpool need to improve their squad overall though

    Boyd could get £60,000 a week down there easily.

    It's no wonder that he's instructing his agent to speak to everyone interested, if he so is.

    Even if he isn't being asked to though, his agent will be.

    I REALLY WANT HIM TO STAY! But, put yourself in his shoes. He's 26, still has quite a few years left in his career, wouldn't his career, not to mention his bankbook be alot better off playing in the Top flight? I'd like him to stay, but if I were him, and I could maybe treble my wages, while playing in a Top league...I would seriously consider it....

    I think 18-grand a week is an INSULT! What was Ferguson getting? What is Greegs getting? Mendes?

    spot on to be fair.

    If he was to go in this window we should get AT LEAST 5 mill for him, would love for him to stay with gers till the summer on a 18k contract so we can sell him in the summer for some much needed ca$h..

    Thats good to see that players can come in and do a job when needed.

    Although the football wasnt at all good they still came away with a great result

    to be fair, if their so called strikers could actually put the ball in the net it couldve been a trashing for us :( of course, im happy that they were awful with finisihing today :P

    A lucky point - a legal goal disallowed

    i dont think the goal should have been disallowed when i first saw it i was sure it was a foul but on replay he did very little wrong but you see that sort of decision week in week out always going in favour of the keeper. Had it been allowed rangers would have equalised sooner rather than later and it woulda been a score draw

    having watched the replay about 10 times, i still think it was the right decision.

    fortune jumped and hit mcgregor's left arm which stopped him from catching the ball. so, foul and disallowed goal.
