I think these 2 paragraph,s say it all
“The Scottish FA’s rules – and the respective rule books of the league bodies – do not allow for the governing body, or any external body, to ‘take control’ of a separate company in possession of commercial contracts worth millions of pounds.
“However, if it is truly is the will of the clubs, the Scottish FA is prepared to get involved and act in the best interests of the national game. This will require a mandate to the Scottish FA from both the Scottish Premier League and the Scottish Football League, so that positive changes to improve Scottish football’s future can be proposed without the threat of legal recourse or judicial review.

"I am quite hopeful there's going to be a lot of pressure put on lots of people this week"
Says it all really

Just nicked this from somewhere. Nothing personal
Rules are more flexible and carry low end consequences. You can set up rules for games, rules for the home, even rules for fighting or being intimate with a partner. Rules are personal in nature, and they are often adjusted as the conditions and circumstances of the home change.

Interesting times ahead then if true

....I,m not sure, but i think i read a piece by one Mr Giovanni De Steffano a while back claiming Rangers were still FA members from over a hundred years ago and that was enough for us to gain entry to the english leagues...anyone read this?...or was i just dreaming it..
I think your right, sure I heard that as well from GDS .
-
I was just reading through the rules and thought I would put it out there also
-
As current rules stand you need to have an HQ and football ground in England or Wales, rule 2.2 of
the football conference.
So I dare say that would pose a small problem for us?.
