  1. The main difference between the two sets of supporters are..

.. celtic fans are paranoid, there is no establishment and they get all hot and sweaty and start keyboard bashing when we sing a song that offends them.

Rangers supporters are simply highlighting blatant double standards in how our club and supporters is reported in the media compared to that of others.

We are not offended by it but we are aware of it

  2. As mentioned above there are alot of immigrants from north africa in spain.. Being muslims, sadly there is alot of bad feeling towards Britain / America, when British fans roll into town they may see it as a chance to have a go.. As i will be in Valencia.. Come on then you cunts :box: lol nah..

They worship Bougie, when i was in tunisia last year, (muslim neighbours to algeria) there were a lot of Rangers tops on the locals! I was surprised.

  3. Yes, the Rangers official has always been seated alongside the blue order, i'm not sure of the reason why, but he has always been there. Maybe as the blue order are an official singing section in the clubs eyes. keep an eye on them etc. I'm sure a currect member will clarify.

  4. If you want to celebrate the life and achievments of a football player, then there may be a case for a round of applause as a fitting tribute.

But to even suggest this could be appropriate to remember supporters who died tragically would be nothing short of an insult to their memory and Rangers would not entertain this.

If those idiots want to boo, whistle, shout remarks during this, then let them, we are fully aware that they cannot respect the dead, they will be shown up yet again for what they are, brainwashed scumbags.. and they have the brass to label us scotlands shame. :wanker:

  5. If I'm no closer to getting a TC ticket a few wks down the line, do u think I should buy tiks from the likes of the costablancabear before we go or should we wait and try buy direct from the mestalla tik office for the away end?

    What's ur thoughts John?

Going by previous experience of spanish grounds, they will open up a section for away supporters, attendances have been poor at the mestalla and i noticed many empty seats against man united.

From a security and financial point of view, it makes sense for them to open up a section for travelling fans without tickets. I'm sure this will be the case.

  6. I have never really bought into the Daily Ranger / Daily Rebel / The H**, Both sets of fans thinking the papers are biased towards the other. I'm a Daily Record and Sunday Mail man.

After reading the post on here regarding david edgar i thought i would check out the news of the world web site and couldn't believe the obvious anti rangers sentiment. On the Home page there are FOUR 'News' stories linked to Rangers -

Rangers fan chief reveals death-threat hell I bet they loved this one, money talks.

Extra £1m paid into Gers tax loophole Another doom and gloom Gers owe a 900million to the tax man

Leah Shevlin in court date For having tinted windows, hardly national news!

Swore point for Gers fan For saying Cunt

    Twats :p20:

  7. Honestly? No chance. Its ALWAYS sold out. Out of the years ive been going, ive only ever seen a few tickets being sold (le guen) and they were £100 each. TO wont have any, it will be touts. Same with the piggery...

Not entirely true bud, 4th october match last season there were plenty for sale outside the ibrox underground, one guy that i spoke to was just selling excess tickets from their supporters bus, face value for the main stand rear, he wasnt the only one, i was surprised at this but there are tickets to be had, be there early and you may have a chance.

  8. We know UEFA have no juristiction over domestic football, The Billy Boys can be sung loudly and proudly, It's up to the support to make a stand and save our song.

I have no doubt TBB will be back with avengence against Man Utd at Ibrox, the great offended will complain, but i cannot see Uefa wanting to touch the subject again, remember it was initialy thrown out but over turned on appeal..

.. this time round we have the celtic fans themselves belting out with pride about being a F*nian army - should be an interesting argument!

  9. Is it easy to buy tickets outside Ibrox on match days for the old firm games? I dont have a season ticket but want to try my luck just goin up on the day and tryin to get a ticket. I stay quite far away so i'm wanting to know if it would just be a wasted journey? thanks.

It's a lot easier than it used to be, last years old firm match on 4th at Ibrox i couldnt believe the amount of tickets for sale outside Ibrox underground, If you are there an hour before kick off you should be able to pick one up but it's just your luck. Best Idea is to join your local supporters club
