    Hougang United chief a key figure in Rangers FC bid

    He is among S'porean group in financial sector to seek club ownership

    Hougang United chairman Bill Ng has emerged as one of the key figures behind an audacious Singapore bid to take over Scottish football giants Rangers FC.

    The 52-year-old, who is a director at private equity firm Financial Frontiers, told The Straits Times on Thursday that he is one of a 'handful of Singaporeans from the financial industry' to table a bid for the debt-stricken club.

    The Singaporeans are one of four parties who have submitted offers for the reigning Scottish champions. The other bidders are the Blue Knights group led by former Rangers director Paul Murray, Chicago-based Club 9 Sports and an unknown German firm.

    Moaning about AstroTurf burns :lol:

    Red ash and concrete - they were playing surfaces!

    I'm 16 years old so not really played in red ash and concrete at a serious level.

    Its 11 a side and when theres someone whos much faster than you, the only way of getting the ball when they are past u is by slide tackling - I'm quite good at it but its a bastard after the game.

    Puds have one more home win and have scored the same number of goals as the Baggies laugh.giflaugh.gif

    I wanted nothing more than to see Cardiff hump them at Wembley. Imagine what a Mourinho could've done with that amount of money, or a Bielsa. The way they've spent it should be them and Citeh running away from the pack.

    I keep getting an astro burn everytime I slide for the ball :disappointment:

    Sometimes I even get it when playing on grass, today ive got about 5 of them on my legs/arse and its bloody sore.

    Is there any easy healing tips that anyone can give me? Cheers

    JUst at my wee boys football training, then off to my my mates for a few beers, watch the Davy cooper dvd or maybe ian durrants, a splash of whiskey on the foreheads jock Wallace style then off to the game. That's the old firm ritual.

    Football training this early in the morning :( Fuck that.
