  1. The team should get behind us for a change. Still a good few thousand of us turn up to support them and we get nothing but a shite attitude in return.

I agree, that the fans will react to what the players are doing on the park. Its up to the players to give us something to shout about.

  2. Craig, i think in the interest of goodwill towards T3B and DK + other genuine Rangers fans who now own upwards on 40% of the club and have put their money where their mouth in a genuine step to save our club, that the very least the fans should do is turnout in numbers at Ibrox.

It's time to stop the yapping !!

The millionaires have now done their bit !!

What about the ordinary fans backing their bold investment with even the cheapest ticket in the Stadium and show support.

We realise the the Merchandise is a different issue, and untill these onerous contracts are ripped up and torn apart, let every supporter make their own mind up if they want to boycott the superstore, but lets, at this juncture show support to the new investors.

  3. Not like the rest on this topic, I applaud KMCD for his stance on Black. I agree that KMCD should have went with McCoist but we are where we are. I am getting mixed signals for KMCD. He laid the marker down with Black in the Hibs game which I was pleased about and give me some type of hope that McDowall might have his own ideas and that things might be different under him. However, the very fact that he took the job illustrated that he may also be happy to be a puppet for the board, but then again, it's his job and I can understand that he has to be loyal to his family.

Again i applaud him for coming out and publically stating that Black has been spoken to which shows me that he wont be messed about. Do you think Ally would have had that conversation with Black as one of his favourites ? Not a chance, yes he spoke to Moshni but Ally was too nice in these situations. We need a ruthless manager who the players know are boss. So well done KMCD, off to a bad start but I hope he gets a good result against Dunbarton this weekend and the likes of Gallagher and Crawford gets a chance.

  4. As the title suggests. Should KMCD start the rebuilding of Rangers right now an deploy more young players in the team. With his experience of coaching first class youth teams, do you feel KMCD will give the young lads a chance or will he use the cautious approach with the Ally's old guard ?

A good mix of both would be ideal but it is a risky business as it could jeapordise promotion this term.

Would the supporters tolerate staying in the championship for another season if they seen signs that we are building a team to compete in the top division ?

My opinion is that the rebuilding should start now regardles of the outcome due to the fact that so many of players are out contract in June.

  5. Looking forward to the Loan players returning and hopefully making and impact, giving us fresh impetus and more options than the current first 11. Players like Robbie Crawford. Gallagher, McKay and Gasparotto should be given some game time. should not be any worse than some of the current imposters.

If KMCD sticks with the same group currently playing, they will get him the sack also. Time for the young lads to step up and play.

    Thoughts please !

  6. As predicted on another thread, the board have went with the cheapest option. In this case no extra cost for the club as Ally is still taking a wage. Untill there is an agreement with Ally reference settlement then there will be no new gaffer. That why McDowall has been given the job untill the end of season or beyond. The beyond means when Ally's contract is finally up

  7. Horrified with the scenes in Glasgow with the major crash in Georges Square. Walked this very Street with my wife and 3 kids yesterday. My thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved and their families plus those injured in the crash regardless who they are. The shambles at Rangers pales into insignificance after this. Nothing more important than life itself.

  8. I would play him in midfield beside law. Just a big commanding defensive midfield player to bully in the middle of the park. Win the ball and give it to Law or Lewis to do something with it. Needs to be disciplined in the system and play simple short passes. Less of a liability than at centre back. needs to learn not to dive in and the notion that is in his head that he is Ronaldo needs to be dispelled very quickly. Good in the air and covers the ground well. Distribution needs to improve.

  9. Best wishes Kenny. Hope he becomes King Kenny of Ibrox. Doesnt have the bagage of being an ex player which really hampered McCoist. Kenny has credentials as a coach having spent almost his adult life coaching football. I hope he has his own ideas and gives the kids a chance.

  10. Walter Smith was assisant to Souness and when he was asked to step up, he stepped up big time. Hope Kenny can become King Kenny @ Ibrox. My only worry is that he doesnt have a great deal of charisma for drawing players to the club. If the product is good on the park then we may have by misfortune stumbled upon a winning formula. In recent weeks it has become the Ally McCoist show. Thankfully Ally realised that and manovered his way out of the club without the damning judgement of sacked on his CV. Win win situation for all involved.
