What's wrong with people getting pissed off about the way we have dealt with transfers thus far? Like it or not it has been embarrassing! Goodwillie could have been signed for 2 million but we don't show our hand till a 2.8 mill offer comes in from an epl team and now the same could happen with verhoek as let's be serious good players want to play in the premiership so acting swiftly is essential to get players to the pishy spl!

Not contributed much to this thread but after hearing blackburn had bid 2.8 million always thought it was game over for us. Reason a say this is because I know a player(wow u know a player blah blah lol) who is keen to come to us and spoke to someone close to club about coming to us anyway he received a phone call back saying we didn't have the money to do so which was gutting for him and also the fans as he's a right good player. Anyway starting to get a bit worried about the whole financial thing as some of the offers put in have been embarrassing and its like we are only putting the bids in to make it look like we are chasing said players but in reality know we aren't going to get them. Appreciate whyte has managed to keep some of our big players but just get the feeling that's as good as it will get for us. Sorry for the rant just getting right pissed off with way we are dealing with things. Cue goodwillie verhoek and julhasz signing tomorrow lol

Totally agree mate we were shit in first game but still managed to create chances in 2nd half so no negative tactics and I fully expect us to come through this tie GET IT DONE RANGERS! By the way as much as it pains me to say am afraid edu and mculloch are already pencilled in for the two cm positions

We've been chasing this guy for who knows how long, years! Yet we fuck around with 4 rejected bids when before Goodwillie would have jumped at the chance to come. Then Blackpool come in with a higher offer, still not enough but gives us competition.
Blackburn go in with a decent first offer that gets knocked back but are straight in hours later and get him more or less signed.

Blackburns bid is starting to sound like a load of bollocks too be honest as pathetic as our transfer dealings have been handled am pretty sure we wouldn't have offered 1.8 million if a 2.8 million bid had been accepted or would we...........

If the bid was 2 million or more then heads should roll fucking amateur stuff rangers its like we are being teased with low offers all the time and in reality no interest in paying what clubs are willing to accept. Its not rocket science that if blackburns offer isn't matched then they are going to reject it so unless the player rejects blackburn which I doubt then its pointless going in with lower offer!!

i know he isnt the answer we are all looking for , but id put money on that murray davidson would have done a better job than these two put together tonight .
did anyone else notice that "the furthest possible thing from super " lee mcculloch went hiding for about 20 mins after we conceded tonight . oh yes , hes more than happy to ping balls sideways to our full backs , but ask him to play a forward pass and we are in big trouble .
its so infuriating and utterly depressing watching our defenders thump aimless balls forward because we have no one in the midfield willing to take the ball with their back to goal and try and play a bit of football .
edu was again poor tonight but at the very least he will run his legs off , cover gaps and track back.
mark my words , until these two are replaced , there will be very little improvement in the way we play our football . ive said it on many occasions , but the fact we move davis to accommodate these two makes me so fucking angry , its an absolute outrage .

Edu and mcculloch needs to be replaced by davis and new cm and for me if it were to be edu and mcculloch we will be in trouble not one of them can hurt a team in an attacking sense be it a goal or killer pass

Its funny how when we had goal disallowed when Ortiz was ruled offside against Hearts it did not get much coverage yet Celtic have goal disallowed against Hibs and it makes the back page.
