  1. Even if we go to div3 the bastards will impose sanctions. That has been missed in the Op and makes a huge difference to the equation.

Don't think they can if we start at Division 3.

They reason they can impose sanctions if we start in Division 1 or SPL is because they are basically changing the rules to allow a newco to start there.

  2. What does make me suspicious is Green/Murrays reluctance to show the title deeds.

Surely just showing the deeds to Brown would stop all this, so why not just do it?

But what the fuck is all this? Why does Brown want to see the deeds? What is this going to accomplish?

  3. I'm sure loads of Celtic fans would love to see Rangers die, but the reverse is equally true. I also agree that plenty of Catholics who have had no experience of persecution like to revel in it. But going back to Rangers and the SFA - look at last night's decision, taken by independent appointees - are you honestly saying they are part of an anti-Rangers/protestant agenda and can you provide any evidence to support that? I see nothing other than an institution sh*ting itself that its biggest member has been breaking the law big time for a year, possibly longer, and has to be seen to be doing something about it. They gain nothing from the demise of Rangers - absolutely nothing, and I'm sure every member of the SFA wishes all of this would just go away. STewart Regan must go to bed greeting every night.

You would be greeting to if Peter Liewell was sticking his cock in yer arse at every opportunity too!

  4. The second point is one that's been going through my head quite a bit. It's the fact that they seem to have a newco lined up straight away for if a CVA is rejected, something TBK's didn't seem to have. At the same time, is it worth wasting the time that could be used starting up the newco?

I'm also wondering if Mr. Green is waiting to see if a newco can start in the SPL without major sanctions. He may be willing to spend more on a CVA if a newco is going to be severely penalised.

If a newco can start in the SPL without much penalty, it may be in his best interest to go the newco route and have more capital.

So many ifs and buts, to tell the truth I have no fucking clue what will happen.

  5. With the hope of not wanting to sound stupid, if they are in daily contact with HMRC, surely the administrators know if there's a chance of a CVA being achieved already? And if there is no chance, why is it being attempted?

Hopefully someone can help clear that up...

    I see it two ways.

Hopefully, admin know the amount needed for a CVA and Green is able to provide this amount of money.

Hopefully not, admin and Green know they can't make a CVA, and want to at least attempt it so that supporters will be satisfied and more likely to follow a newco if they see the owners tried the CVA route.

  6. That seems to be the case, expert on TV said CVA was likely but the creditos HMRC/Ticketus could still go for liquidation, I think because a CVA means they know how much pence in the pound they'll receive as against an unkown amount in liquidation that's what they'll go for.

    Cheers mate.

That is what I thought. I don't understand those who are saying that if the creditors dont accept a CVA they will get fuck all.

They may not get as much as a CVA offers. Lets hope the CVA offer is better than selling our assets and liquidating.

    Gonnae be tight.

  7. Can someone clarify something for me?

It seems that most seem to think we will get a CVA as a newco would leave our creditors with nothing?

I was under the impression that creditors would still receive some money if we were liquidated by selling our assets? Is this not the case?

  8. i believe kyle would say that racial abuse and other abuse from the scum can be expected but hearing or reading verbal abuse from supporters of the team he plays for is much worse.

there is absolutely nothing wrong with punters saying a player is not good enough by analyzing his play and giving constructive criticism - that's fair enough.

but much of what kyle gets on this site, along with Jig and many others, is pure abuse masquerading as freedom of speech. what better way or place for scum to get to a player than going on a Rangers site where he can endlessly abuse a Rangers player and get away with it.

would you want to play for a support who call you a 'useless cunt'?

tell me, how do we distinguish a Rangers supporter who calls a Rangers player a 'useless cunt' from scum who say it?

players are not automatons - they've got fucking feelings.

and i for one believe that incessant abuse of players on here can affect them psychologically and, in some instances, may exacerbate an existing depression eg. with a player like gary speed.

constructive criticism is fine but anyone - whether they be someone on an Rangers internet site or wearing a green scarf in a pub who calls a Rangers player a 'useless cunt' has got, as far as i'm concerned, a bull's eye on his forehead.

    Dry yer eyes Kyle.

  9. Paul Murray has seen and been part of the books for a while as a board member.

Douglas Park also had a bid in for the club before so had the opportunity to view details than as well.

    Shitebag investors to a man

Dont speculate, dont accumulate must be their motto

True, but add in the tax cases, ticketus, and Shyte, and things get even more dismal and complicated.

  10. I hoped with the Blue Knights going with Kennedy rather than ticketus they would be able to come up with a good enough bid to be accepted.

Lets hope we get moving and quickly as its becoming a real farce now.

My biggest concern is that the real reason for the hold-up is because they have seen the books and think we are fucked and don't want to lose their money.

I really do think TBK have the club's interest at heart, but aren't willing to lose their own money in a lost cause. They are willing to take the club over at little financial risk, and do their best to turn it around. Problem is, with capital, how the fuck do they expect to turn it around?

  11. After having their first bid rejected because of lack of funds, TBK must have a pretty good idea of the amount of money needed to gain control of the club.

Why continue bidding if they can't reach this number? How the feck do they expect to reach a CVA?

As for Kennedy, my guess is he is a media-whore and is loving the free publicity.

  12. It just shows how shit our fanbase is. Going on minus 18 is a hardness in its self but I welcome the match. Rangers fans are not really longer on this place its full of 15 year olds who have no reality.

Will you stop greeting if I give you a rep?
