Hearing news like this really knocks the sails out ye...what an unbelievably cruel place we live in.
-
They're only red for this season because of the 1972 kit are they not?
Our red and black socks make the strip distinctive IMO.
Correct!
The black and red socks are classy.
-
Fucking tacky honking howling strip. Hurry up Adidas!
-
Totally agree. Charles Green has to be made aware. When you look at the chaos which goes on in grounds all over the continent and then read that boys here are being searched and recorded for doing nothing, you just despair.
-
No
Pedantic Loyal
EDIT - actually the joke would have been better AND more accurate if it had said "just stroke your finger across the boy you like"
You see - nothing wrong with a bit of precision
You're actually spot on there

Well we ARE going to play them again and be crowned champions of Scotland again and i can't fucking wait!

Sitting watching the 2002 Scottish Cup Final (the game which made me fall in love with Rangers) and thinking how i couldn't imagine life without Old Firm games. Personally, there is no feeling like leaving a nice big Protestant reminder on the scum with victory and i need these games in my life. I can't understand why any Bear wouldn't mind if we didn't play another Old Firm game!
-
They havent beat us since Boxing Day 2002.
That is fucking brilliant! Hahahahaha
-
I fink he's good.

Durrant was 19 when he made his debut and became a regular at 20, McKay 17...?
Durrant was 18 when he made his debut. So he was a few months older that McKay. Nothing in it really.
-
Paedodome
-
Why, because he's had a few good games in Division 3? Durrant was doing it in the premier division and in Europe at McKay's age. I hope i'm wrong but i think he is far off Durrant's level. But don't get me wrong, he is a really good young player.
-
Barrie McKay is a good young player but the constant need for people in this country to compare youngsters to such and such a great player is ridiculous!
From what i hear Ian Durrant had the potential to be one of the greatest Scottish players ever at McKay's age before he was brutally assaulted on the pitch.
I hope McKay keeps working hard and developing but we shouldn't be comparing him to a player like Durrant... Yet.
-
The only one on the pitch really making things happen. He will be the new Davy Cooper.
Haha we've got a comedian here

It's so sad how bitter and pathetic this country is. Headline news on bbc and stv is a young lad getting arrested for singing a song! It's embarrassing....I think of all the problems in our society with poverty, child abuse/neglect etc and this is the headline.
I don't mean to come across petty but why was the threats of violence on our players by the queens park captain not covered in the (main) news or last season the orcs that turned up at Ibrox after they won the league and threw cans at members of staff! It's a fuckin joke!
Sorry for the rant lads and we should have come to expect this shit but just pisses me off the way we as a club and support are portrayed by the media in this country.
Absolutely bang on sir!
-
An absolutely resounding no.
-
"Could have moved to a bigger English club"?
Behave son.
-
Bammy bastard! All of Ally's statements have been well thought out and if anything, i think Ally has been underststing his anger.
-
An Ian Black appreciation thread...fuck off!
If he turns in some good performances i'll reluctantly accept him.
-
She's a total tramp! Who gives a fuck if she loves us or hates us? She isnt a supporter.
After all thats happened my attitude is...if you are not a Rangers supporter you are the enemy!
We are in this together, fellow Bears!
PS lets stop the in-fighting and unite for our club.
-
remember those days well was the time i started to go to watch the rangers, before the glory hunters came along
What is it with people like you having these cheap digs?! We are all Rangers supporters and it is people like you who cause this divide amongst our support!
-
Absolutely brilliant! Cant wait to hear it in the stands!
-
In what way is he a legend?
Years of playing for us and captaining teams to many trophies and being a standout for most of his years here.
-
He already is a legend. Fantastic player but an arrogant swine of a man. He wont be back with Rangers!
Another great career move.......

Its so obvious he left because he knew he was joining Bolton and then threw in a wee sweetener by telling the fans that he left for the good of the staff...
