So its player who must have played against each other in said match and were one cap wonders
Could possibly have been one debutant coming on as a sub for another debutant, for the same international team. No clue who though.

Have you not got an Air Discount Scheme card mate?
I know that when we've been booking the annual family holiday to Spain, the Stornoway - Glasgow/Edinburgh flight is dearer than the flight to Spain.
I used to when I was a student, not based on the Islands now though so I don't get the ADS anymore.

We've not all got loads money like you seem to have. The difference in cost can be massive.
When I fly down for games, on an aeroplane, the earlier I book, the more money I save. I now book an overnight stay in Glasgow, on the Saturday night, just in case the game gets shifted, as it's cheaper to book a hotel, rather than leaving it until the last minute to book travel.
Flights to and from Stornoway are brutal. Was £220 quid for me to get a return there at Christmas. That was booking over a month in advance as well.

Honestly don't understand why anyone would get bothered by this.

Just read that Clark has scored 22 goals in 90 Rangers appearances. Shocking statistics playing for us in the lower leagues. Much rather Hardie is given his game time from now on in.
I'd wager that the majority of them would be substitute appearances. I think a better stat to look at would be goals per minute.

According to this website he's scored a league goal every 186 minutes he's played, basically a goal every two games which isn't bad, especially considering he's been playing on the wing quite a bit.

Is one of them using his own head as a drum? At least it's getting used for something I guess.

"In classic Mohsni fashion, he kicked Erwin before leathering him with a left hook to the jaw."
Was just reading that from another article from the OP's website. Apparently Mohsni is '"flying high in Ligue 1." Good on him.
Odd definition of flying high they have there. Yet to make an appearance for them.

McParland knows fuck all, the average RM poster an encyclopedic knowledge store of British football and has treasure trove of dossiers on all the players currently available in the UK and beyond.
Nearly got me

Did Garry Kenneth have injury problems or something? Obviously he was never the greatest player in the first place but he's really fallen a long way. Only 28 as well.

Someone earlier in the thread said he plays for Skonto. That's what I was going by.
He made 7 appearances for Skonto last season. Plays for Forfar Albion now.

How we spend money is far more important than how much we spend. It's like the folk demanding that we sign 3 players for £3million, as if that would guarantee us good players to challenge for the league. We need to spend players that are worth what we pay for them, and I'm entirely confident that that's what we're doing. Jason Holt for £85k is a prime example of how successful this approach can be.

Big trophies or nothing.

Only seen Liam Kelly play once, in the U-20s cup final against Hearts at St Mirren's ground a few years ago. iirc he was cracking that game, kept us in it a few times. I think he saved a couple of penalties in the shootout as well.

Same, but if we're trying to build a team to win the spl next year and compete in Europe surely a player playing for Walsall in league 1 for around a million quid shouldn't be out of our reach.
I'd be very surprised if they sold him for £1million. They sold Jamie Paterson for £2million a few years ago and he's nowhere near the player Bradshaw is, and Bradshaw is under contract for another few years as well. I reckon it would be upwards of £3.5 million for Bradshaw.

We've been below-par since Raith Rovers in September, and we've been getting worse and worse each week. We seriously need to rethink the way we play.
Exposing ourselves defensively would be acceptable if we actually presented a consistent threat going forward. As it is we're just a squad of toothless aesthetes lumbering forward and getting shocked when our intricate passing doesn't come off and the other team intercepts and counter attacks, which is easy enough to do because of the total lack of defensive positioning.
I don't know if it's a matter of confidence, other teams getting wise to our style or a combination of both, but something needs to be done, and quickly. Revamping the squad in January is a must.
Fucking roasters the lot ae ye. Were top ae league so fuck up

Just in and on, have we been mince or are Falkirk playing well?
We've been mince. Deserved win by Falkirk.

Another week, another shite performance. We've been pish for months now. Something far wrong with this side.

Peter Campbell looks rather dashing here as well. The sort of moustache the Empire was built on.

Raymond Domenech had quite the stache.

Got woken up today by my brother texting me about this. Awful news. It's a cliche to say it, but it genuinely does put things into perspective. RIP Arnold.

Hopefully they'll do a Hellas Verona and somehow win the league against all odds. None of the top teams have been performing consistently this season so this is probably the best chance they'll ever get.
