  1. I want us to start again in the 3rd division mainly for the reason it is the honest and honourable thing to do. We failed to pay our debts, our dues and Whyte and Murray embarrassed the club. We should regain that by working from the bottom up.

If it has the side effect of forcing the self serving clubs in the SPL to readjust to life without us, all the better.

  2. :wanker: the lot of them.

In this day and age and with the powers the cops now have, if anyone has been 'abusing' or 'threatening' I'm sure they'll be up in front of a judge pretty soon.

Meanwhile, the press can have a field day implying good honest Bears are threatening poor SFA workers.

Anyone want to take a bet no-one will end up in front of a judge?

  3. The fact the SFA felt it was acceptable to release details of unprecedented punishment but make us wait for up to 3 days to find out the reasons says it all.

How anyone is supposed to come to an understanding when we only have half the story I'll never know.

  4. Lets be clear. The SFA had and has no right to stop someone buying a club, the fit and proper test is a sham, there is no test. It was is a self made declaration.

Which just points out how meaningless and pointless the SFA really are.

I fully expect the transfer embargo to be overturned, even O'Regan admitted he was surprised at the decision of the panel.

    Farcical.

  5. I was a resounding no to all questions. Mainly because I live in Australia.

I have attached an email I sent to the SFA and their automated response.

I won't hold my breath waiting for their detailed response.

Your on a forum haunted by bheasts, I'd edit out you details if I were you.

  6. Can't money from 'The Fighting Fund' be used? 'The Fighting Fund' has only paid money to Dunfermline so far is that correct? How much is in 'The Fighting Fund' and why is it not being used more?

It was originally setup as a fund the administrators could call upon if cash was needed, given what's happening at the moment, that might be sooner rather than later.

  7. Fired off this email today

    Dear Sirs,

I recently gave my details to staff in Braehead who were showcasing the fabulous new Vauxhall Zafira as I was due to purchase a new car in June. I am writing to you to inform you that as sponsors to the Scottish Football Association I will no longer consider purchasing a Vauxhall. The Scottish Football Association is a body which has recently found it necessary to be as draconian and heavy handed as possible with Rangers Football Club.

You may be aware of the predicament my club finds itself in through no fault of the fans, the manager or the team, yet our governing body (who you sponsor and support) has decided to make it infinitely more difficult for our club to survive administration.

I cannot tolerate this action and therefore will take the only action available to me, withdrawal of support from the sponsors of this farcical organisation.

I hope that Vauxhall can discuss the matter with the SFA and seek to overturn this unprecedented and apparently vindictive sanction.

    Yours faithfully

  8. The Trust is a good idea gone wrong, and is tainted by its own image, perception amongst fans, and the perception of those involved at top level. To be honest, I think it’s a busted flush. And I say that as a member (mainly a member cause I’ve never bothered cancelling the SO for the annual subscription.

That said, its sad, but not surprising, to see the same old names diving in to take the same old petty digs and sideswipes at this time. You can be sure of a full house of the same 4 or 5 appearing within seconds of a MD/RST thread appearing on a board. But apparently its nothing personal.

As a life member, the Trust is pointless as it currently stands, which is a shame. It currently exists to give a few a platform, it has no direction.

What I believe it should be doing is trying to pull all RSCs and other fan bodies together, each with a place on the board and build unity.

It should give all season ticket holders automatic membership for a year but no voting rights, that way it can reach out and interact with the wider support without them having to necessarily pay.

Build membership and involvement and unity should be the key drivers for the RST.
