This. We go to the 3rd divison, keep our prices and work our way back up while the corrupt snakes in the SPL flounder.
-
I want us to start again in the 3rd division mainly for the reason it is the honest and honourable thing to do. We failed to pay our debts, our dues and Whyte and Murray embarrassed the club. We should regain that by working from the bottom up. If it has the side effect of forcing the self serving clubs in the SPL to readjust to life without us, all the better.

SFA Panel punishments in breach of its own rules
iconicman replied to boss's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
Are they not just listing the dates Craig Whyte was director? I don't see anything wrong here. The SPL are looking at bringing new rules into play on 30 April which will still punish us even though we were under the old regime. -
the lot of them. In this day and age and with the powers the cops now have, if anyone has been 'abusing' or 'threatening' I'm sure they'll be up in front of a judge pretty soon. Meanwhile, the press can have a field day implying good honest Bears are threatening poor SFA workers. Anyone want to take a bet no-one will end up in front of a judge?
-
I take that as a positive. If it was a definite NO, he would have said as much. The fact he refers us to the SFA suggests there would be support amongst them for us to join but while we remain a member of the SFA they won't comment.
-
The fact the SFA felt it was acceptable to release details of unprecedented punishment but make us wait for up to 3 days to find out the reasons says it all. How anyone is supposed to come to an understanding when we only have half the story I'll never know.
-
Sir Dave looks after Sir Dave He will stay as far away from this as he can. Apparently he was 'duped' despite his Independent Board Committee telling him otherwise. Aye right, Del Boy will not free wheel to the rescue.
-
Lets be clear. The SFA had and has no right to stop someone buying a club, the fit and proper test is a sham, there is no test. It was is a self made declaration. Which just points out how meaningless and pointless the SFA really are. I fully expect the transfer embargo to be overturned, even O'Regan admitted he was surprised at the decision of the panel. Farcical.

Wiseman and Greaves logos removed from SFA website
iconicman replied to boss's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
The fact remains they wanted to remove their link to the SFA, so the threat of a boycott is sufficient for them to want to distance themselves. -

We should maybe push the likes of Arnold Clark who have dealerships rather than the manufacturers? -

Aeroplane Banner at the cup final?
iconicman replied to ForeverBlue_Since91's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
It was originally setup as a fund the administrators could call upon if cash was needed, given what's happening at the moment, that might be sooner rather than later. -
MIH to release statement on sale of Rangers
iconicman replied to BRITNEY IS NOT FEELING IT's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
People can blame the credit crunch or aliens, as far as I'm concerned, Murray authorised the spending and it was beholden on him to secure the future of the club. He failed and cut Rangers lose. Coward doesn't come close. -
It didn't involve a seance did it?

Aeroplane Banner at the cup final?

How about paying for an advert to be shown on BBC during the cup final Maybe use that hitler spoof video everyone likes to subtitle for fun. -
A difficult scenario as a ST is unsecured creditor status. I doubt the administrators will collect ST money until we come out of adminstration.

Whilst McCoist holds out the olive branch, then I'll hold my wheesht on the subject.

You should probably edit the title of this to '3 man panel alleged to be'. Watch out for

Not enough members in the RST.
iconicman replied to ForeverBlue_Since91's topic in Jimmy Bell's Kitroom
As a life member, the Trust is pointless as it currently stands, which is a shame. It currently exists to give a few a platform, it has no direction. What I believe it should be doing is trying to pull all RSCs and other fan bodies together, each with a place on the board and build unity. It should give all season ticket holders automatic membership for a year but no voting rights, that way it can reach out and interact with the wider support without them having to necessarily pay. Build membership and involvement and unity should be the key drivers for the RST.
