  1. That's a very good question.

3 scenarios seem to be on the cards now and none in which Whyte comes out a hero.

    1. We do a C.V.A with our creditors and get saddled with a pile of debt for years to come.

    2.Someone buys the club.

    3.We get liqidated

Absolutely NO ONE IS GOING TO BUY THE CLUB WITH A 50MILL TAX LIABILITY HANGING OVER US which leaves the other two and what one do you think Whyte/Murray is going to take us to bare in mind he is still the owner

  2. forgive me for trying to be optimistic about the situation but i wont be joinging the 99% of gers fans who have given up on Whyte just yet.

correct me if im wrong, but didnt whyte refute allegations he "operated a company" whilst banned & claims by the BBC he committed perjury?

I dont think he denied the ticketus deal either, im sure he denied the claim that he "used the fans money to buy the club" which im sure was the daily records tabloid spin on it. In a way he never, he took out a loan secured against his own assests to clear the lloyds debt, and the ST sales will pay that loan back over 3 years. Lets not forget the pressure Lloyds had Murray under & even starting putting there people on our board. Other than Murray, or someone external putting their hand into their own pocket, this deal to clear the debt is as about as good as we were gonna get. And it also gives Whyte 24m reasons to make sure we don't go to the wall.

I'll stick my neck on the line, I still think Whyte still has our best intentions at heart, and has a plan hes tryign to execute to get us out of this - to say hes tryign to make a quick buck for himself by running Rangers into the ground just doesnt make any sense. Lets not forget its not his mess, and other mega-rich buyers who could have came in and got the cheques flying around to clear all the debt weren't exactly coming out the woodwork.

i sort of agree with a lot of what your saying mate.Far to much hysteria around Whyte.Cant say i trust him but someone had to be the fall guy in this and i do believe DM IS IN ON THIS but shielded by Whyte.

Maybe its hope more than belief but i cant believe he hasnt got a plan .His life will not be woth living if its ultimately proven hes shafted us.

Dont believe one sentence, statement opinion from any of the beggar loving ,Gers hating media.

Unfortunately its definitely going to get worse as the HMRC have to be drawn in and made aware of how desperate things are before they bite for any deal

Having said that the deal will be more or less all the money back but maybe over a longer period of time with no penalties.

I can only see liquidation as thats the only way we are going to walk away from HMRC debt free but we will pay a very very heavy price for that and as you can guess the unwashed rodents will have a field day
