You are the hurting tarrier fukwit who claimed it was a CVA, fuck of and play with with your dirty. :wanker:

  2. Why don't you just fuck off, there have been alot of threads like this in the last couple of weeks. Are you fucking thick we are never going the way of them. Because we have the fans world wide unlike them and we have people from around the world interested in buying us.

You would have to be a thick or a taig to think Rangers were going out of the game.

Tarrier cunt has been at the mix since the off, dense fukwit still doesn't know the difference between a CVA and CVL.

  3. Haha!!!

    Game set and match sunshine!

Deary me your schools don't have turn out some shit, if you are going to turn up here posting shit from your homebase of rtc at least try and cover it up a bit better, as I said CVL not CVA, now fuck off and bond with your dirty don't forget the crowbar.

  4. Haha,

Timmy, you are hurting aint you.

Leeds United FC (club) were not liquidated as the business was moved out of the company prior to the Company being liquidated.

Like I said, only a company can be liquidated, not a 'business'.

The company founded in 1920 has been liquidated, Leeds now sit within a company founded in 2008.

    Thats not up for debate.

You appear to be the one peddling liquidation, taig doesn't even begin to describe your origins or your dwelling hole of "little rome" spin ya taig prick.

In the matter of accuracy not a subject taigs are familiar with, something to do with your schooling, Leeds were subject of a CVL from which they escaped.

  5. Haha,

Ray, care to back any of that up?

Are you suggesting that Goodwill is not an asset which is available for purchase after an insolvency event? Thats what this comes down to.

If you buy the goodwill, you buy the trading rights to the company including the history.

I have backed up my case with evidence, why dont you try the same?

You have backed up nothing, you have quoted irrelevancies under Scots Law.

Incidentally Leeds nor Middlesborough to add another were ever liquidated.

  6. Scots insolvency law is somewhat different a reason for the rather confused state of the media after Lord Hodges recent ruling with regard to Ticketus, where he was at pains to point out to an English QC the independence of Scots law.

A new co will have no history, the history would and will belong to any dissolved entity, to suggest anything else is playing with people's emotions and hawking false hope. Liquidation is neither desirable nor an option we should entertain.
