Would love to see this list, if there even was one, we know there wasn't a managerial list so I doubt there was one here.
Im no fan of Allen, purely because I've no idea what he brings to the table. But I've liked a few of his interviews.

B - we carry on with the master plan and get the DoF to appoint someone they want

Don't agree with that at all tbh, he's impressed me recently.
I believed the very same a few months back but I've done a U-Turn on him. I think McGinn is the best Scottish midfielder in the SPL at the minute. He drives his team forward, he keeps things reasonably simple, he's left sided, strong and quick in the tackle and can run all day. Exactly what we need imo. I think him sitting with Jack and McCrorie would be lethal
99% sure he's a Tim, but I'd like to see him at Ibrox

Fuck knows how he’ll get on, but he certainly ticks a lot of the boxes needed to be a success here.
The fact he’s described himself as a ball winning midfielder delights me, for too long now we’ve not had a player desperate to put tackles in and win the ball back. The last one being... Kevin Thompson maybe. Must’ve been one since then?
