I think there is case here where initial intentions when he first arrived at the club may have changed.

If you take the business side, to put us on a sound financial footing makes us a viable and more attractive commodity to sell on so there is his profit, hence the sceptical amongst us seeing this as a possible make a fast buck kind of deal.

Now whether it is good PR or as has been mentioned, people knowing we are a big club and people knowing we are a big club are two different things. There is the possibility that the depth of the passion that is within the support can't help but rub off on him. I am hoping that he has seen the potential of our restoration as far greater than his original plans.
