  1. Iv the old company win the tax case the debt will be in the region of £20 million (minus big tax case minus football debt). I would offer those creditors a CVA of 5p - 10p in the pound, problem is Whyte would have to hand over his shares as well. If anything it would mean we have paid off our debts and the old company wouldn't be liquidated.

Too late for that. It's getting liquidated as CVA was rejected. A new CVA can't be proposed.

  2. I think they are 2 different companys.

    Capita

    and Capita registrars

Capita registrars is part of the Capita group, as are Capita Trustees Services who sued us, as previous poster pointed out, guess who was in charge at the time.

  3. It could be any of these teams as suggested. The Clyde statement looks anti-Rangers but I heard the Annan representative spout similar nonsense on TV recently. It is a ridiculous state of affairs that some small-minded and extremely petty individual with an anti-Rangers agenda and representing a team with an average home support of approximately 400 can hold such sway over a multi-million pound Club which employs more than 400 at home games with 45,000+ in the Stadium. I doubt we will ever find out who it was but we won't be with them very long (or at all depending on the SFA) in any case.

The Annan chairman is Annan first and Rangers second. I know that for a fact.

  4. Naismith didnt really do anything too special for us so what does he think hell be able to do against the likes on Man Utd etc.

I strongly disagree. He was one of our best performers in recent years. There are teams other than man u who he'll play well against, Jelavic proved he can do it.

  5. You don't think that, say, Naismith owes the club for the money they've lavished on him whilst he's been injured and for paying for his rehabilitation on the numerous occasions he has been injured ? Surely he could have said "for professional reasons I can't play in division three, but I'll transfer over so Rangers can get a fee as compensation when I depart" ?

If he does that then his new club will have to pay £x for him. Doing what he's done, he will pocket a huge signing on fee (probably £1m+) as his new club won't have a transfer fee to pay. Realistically, who is going to turn down that kind of money especially when they've spent the last few months on reduced pay.

It's as black and White as that to a professional player.

  6. If it is included and you crystallise d+p's 75m estimate. That means 90m. It they're offered just a few million then their view is that the players are worth more than the £ offered in CVA so they would say no and instruct liquidators to sell players and recoup cash.

I don't think they will though as we're worth more to them in the long run once back on track bringing in millions per year for them.
