  1. Anyone ever look at it from the angle of him overhearing sensitive conversations. Getting details on playrs signing and leaving. Passing information to other parties to be used for ...well we have seen lately what has been done to our players and their property.

    No one ever consider it as a simple security risk???

    I think it's a risk no matter who they have working there. They can get security clearance to help weed out those kind of people.

  2. Is it coincidental that Ellis supposedly tried to buy RFC and was shown not to have enough dough then whyte comes in with cash but does not disclose his director ban. Hear me out here. Is it possible that Ellis would've been whytes front man if the initial deal went through, allowing him to stay out if the limelight and therefore the issues about the directorship ban would not come into play. I'm probably putting 2+2 together and getting 5 no doubt but (in my eyes anyway) it kinda all seems to fit does it not?

    I can't see why Whyte doesn't sit in the background doing all the work and have Ellis's name as the director.

  3. I feel sorry for Whyte with the mess that Murray has left for him.

    Whyte knew exactly what kind of mess he was being left, that's why he got everything for £1. He did months of due diligence so had ample opportunity to find out exactly what he'd been left. I'm still undecided about Mr Whyte but if he fails he cannot blame it on Murray as he knew the risk he was taking.

  4. I think this will already be in the Employee Contracts. I work in a Hotel and it's in mine.

    Incidentally, I left my job, and found another. But my contract says I can't leave and go to work for another similar business within a 15 mile radius. Can they actually stop me from working in another hotel within 15 miles?

    Contracts mean nothing if they are found to be unreasonable, e.g. you could sign a contract saying that you'd leave Europe if you didn't meet your work targets, but if you stayed in Glasgow would a court rule in the favour of your company? No as it's unreasonable, as is the 15 mile thing they put in your contract, it would never ever stand up in court, so feel free to start your new job.

    Can you clarify please, do you mean we can't bring in players from south america under the age of 18 or we can?
