  1. Except the kids we're talking about are kids that have beaten up and fought to a standstill some of the other dads. Seem to manage more than they look like they should, the kids from that school.

Nope, you've totally lost me mate.

Has one of the P1 kids/D1 teams beaten a team with a comparable wage bill to us this year?

Or are you saying something else entirely?

  2. You seem quite upset that we actually won the league.

No, I am upset that Rangers staff, players & fans seem to think that ONLY winning the 2nd lowest league in Scottish football with the 2nd highest wage bill is deemed to be acceptable, never mind a fucking success and bragging that we 'romped' it!!!

  3. Target one - win the league.

    We romped it.

I can only imagine how empty your glass has to be to regard this as anything other than success.

    Two points here....

    1) We are a financial basket case, yet have the 2nd hughest wage bill in the country, without googling it, probably more than half a dozen SPL clubs combined. Winning a 'league' full of part-time teams of painters, plumbers etc is comparable to me going to my weans school, beating up all the wee kids in P1 and then declaring myself UNDISPUTED CHAMPION.

    2) Bearing in mind our wage bill, this season and last...to go a second full year outwith the top flight without winning the Ramsden Cup is beyond shocking imho and for any Bear to accept NOT winning it is indicative of the mediocre shite we watch and now seemingly accept.

  4. It's well known on here that I'm not a huge fan of our current 'manager', his lack of coaching ability is shocking and his conduct as a 'Rangers man' is even worse imho.

    As an example....

RSEA recently donated £4,000 to open up a sensory room for dementia sufferers at Erskine Hospital. It will be known as 'The Harold Davis Sensory Room' in memory of Alex Johnstone. Alex Johnstone was a lifelong Rangers fan and served in the Black Watch along with Harold Davis.

Our 'manager' stood Alex up not once, not twice BUT on three seperate occasions!!!!

Aye, everybody pal, great guy etc....has time to leap to the Lurgan Racist Bhigots defence in the mhedia, raises money for sectarian charity etc.....plays a young french CD in holding midfield role and/or RB.... what a guy!!!

Please go now Ally, I loved you as a player BUT you honestly believe you need to spunk more cash to win the 1st division???

He is undoutedly holding thhe club/team back now and must leave.

  5. He's an overweight confirmed bachelor with no visible means if financial support who has made a living for the past 20 years or so by ripping off Bears.

He is a fucking cancer who has never paid for a ticket for Ibrox for years and has almost single handedly destroyed any and all trust ordinary fans had in the RST.

Unfortunately for him this isn't posted on his bheast filled swamp of a forum where free speech not allowed so he can't just delete it.

You Dungwallet are finished, you will never get your blazer now you fat fraud, now go cry yourself to sleep and get DEEDLE to massage your prostrate.

  6. His alter-ego soda lug is playing a blinder, you would think those being played would have caught on, having said that the total and obvious desire to bodyswerve hackergate by Rangers First does not bode well... would you ask Herod to watch your weans ?

I do think if they tackle hackergate head on they will win great support from all of us, to say it has nothing to do with the new project doesn't wash... it affects credibility and reeks of old clothes... remember clean sheets.

    Who's this HEROD guy?

Was he involved with sellick bhoys club at all?

  7. So I take it none of you all are going to the Goram night :)

Its nothing personal, so please don't take it that way.

BUT I honestly believe that any/all Rangers pubs are taking away valuable income from the club and imho the sooner the old Edmiston Club or a modern equivalent is opened and the money Rangers fans spend at Ibrox pre/post match actually goes directly to the club itself the better.

And again, things such as 'legends' night with ex RANGERS players, attended by RANGERS fans should really be something the club should be generating income from not an outside business.

  8. I answered you on the other thread but I'll address that here too.

My primary concern is Rangers in regard to this. The Rangers First Meetings have cost us money and a good deal of time and effort so far.

I'm sure anyone who was there can attest to how well they were treated.

If the Rangers Support are engaged and the club is successful then the pub will look after itself but do not confuse that with us having any other intentions than doing what is best for Rangers

How can taking from Rangers fans and none of it going to the club be 'best for Rangers'??

Surely you can see that you are taking in excess of £1/2M a season of potential income from Rangers?

You are a business first and foremost, if your primary concern was Rangers you would run as a non-profit making organisation and donate ALL PROFITS to the club.

  9. I assume all the other pubs/clubs/and halls are targeted as well and not merely us :)

Personally I will have a pop at all pubs/clubs/and halls who post on Rangers forums about putting Rangers first whilst at the same time taking in excess of £500k a year from Rangers fans which would imho be far better going directly to the club.

Are there any other pubs/clubs/and halls who advertise on here?

  10. This !!!

Surely it wouldn't take too much time or money to get Edmiston House up and running. It needn't be all bells and whistles to start with, just a place to get a drink and some pub grub. They can always tart it up as they go along.

They'd get the costs back in a few home games alone.

Many would love to pop in before a match for a Loyal Lager, some Billy Beers, a Porrini or Ronald De Beer even, or a wee sashy cider. Those who prefer spirits could have a a Vidmar vodka, Walters whisky or Ricksen rum.

On the food front we could have Nachos Novo, or Ham-o-ruso Sandwiches.

I started a thread about this a while back and someone in the trade estimated that Rangers could make £600K-700K a season from an 'in-house' pub/venue on matchdays.

  11. - The Louden Tavern disagrees with you.

I'm sure the do, BUT I've started threads about this before...EVERY SINGLE PENNY Rangers supporters spend in the Louden pre/post match should be viewed as a wasted opportunity as far as the club itself is concerned.

The last time I started a thread about this [i.e redeveloping the old Edmiston Club ASAP as Louden was raking it in] the Family Hospitality in the old Ibrox Suite was closed and re-opened as an official Rangers bar of sorts, so they know they are potentially missing out on huge sums of cash from Rangers fans which is being spent elsewhere.

  12. I was more pointing out that we were never on his side in the first place as I thought the tone of the post I replied to implied. We weren't on his side as we don't take sides

Of course you publically won't be 'taking sides'...for all the Rangers First stuff, as a business your first and primary concern is making money.

The best way to do this is maximise your potential customer base and therefore your potential income stream i.e. don't alienate/drive away any 'sides' factions/groups within the Rangers support.

  13. We at the Louden don't take sides amongst the Rangers Support .......I'll reiterate what was said on FF and that is we are only interested in what is best for Rangers and The Rangers Support.

Cutting out and marginalising the cancer that is Dungwallet is NOT taking sides and is most definately 'what is best for Rangers and The Rangers Support'.

  14. Another reason why the club must as a matter of urgency get the old Edmiston Club re-developed and open.

Between these 'Legend' nights, Rangers first meetings and ordinary match days Bears must be spending a fortune and the club is seeing not one penny of it!!!

We have 18 home league games a season, even if the Louden is only taking £10K a match that's nearly £200K the club is missing out on plus add potential income from other OFFICIAL nights/functions that the club could arrange in there.

We must be missing out on well over £1/4M a season.

  15. Still no real answer to how hackergate is viewed or how the RST are viewed over the failure to address this matter, I personally think all involved should be barred from office until a solution to hackergate is made public.

This project must start with all involved being beyond reproach.

Mark 'Hacker' Dingwall has been gettig pelters from quite a few on ££ over the last couple of weeks.

Obviously the ex-RST board members have been involved BUT also noticed the guy who runs the Ibrox Louden and one of his mods [MDC] getting tore into him to.

He is finished, not that he ever went to games or bought a ST anyway, fat crook!!!

  16. Is that their fault or the parents though?

Not directed at you personally but it's easy to blame the kids but to me the parents are equally at fault for allowing this mentality to take hold.

My boy is 10yo, been playing organised football for the same team since he was 4.

A few times, usually when weather is shite or it is an 8.30am KO on a Saturday morning he has moaned a bit and tried to get out of it. They still play 7 a side at his age BUT think they go up to full size pitches next year as they have started training 2 nights a week now (1 night indoor and 1 night outside.)

Anyway, he is now really getting into his footie, think because him and his wee pal from the team go to the same school and are running rings around everyone else every lunchtime and the girls are liking it. Add Budeliga etc being on TV and FIFA 14 he genuinely seems to love football.

He now loves going to Ibrox so much that I don't have to take his NDS anymore to get him through boring bits. He is a big, strong, fast centre half and concentrates on watching the defenders for tips etc whichever game he is watching now. His fav player is still SDOW and a better role model for a young boy I couldn't name, allowing Billy Moshni runs him a close 2nd.

Anyway, we are both quite convinced that he will one day captain Rangers and lead the team out proudly at Ibrox, I'll keep you all posted BUT you heard it here first.
