  1. We are a club with premier overheads in running Ibrox and the training complex, they cost previously at least £10 million a year to service in previous accounts they will be the same today or more, that accounts for half of the ipo immediately, the rest will be in the accounts as will the running costs we don't run on fresh air.

  2. did the finance director not tell us that everything raised in the ipo was gone, did stockbridge not say there is 10 million in the bank?were has all the money gone?there is nothing unfounded about our cash situation because the information has come from the guy in charge of the financies

If you don't mind I will wait for hard figures.

  3. One thread isn't exactly 'promoting'. But nothing forces you to open it, read it or agree with it (I haven't even opened it). There are a lot of strong opinions on the matter and there are also many of us who don't bother reading Leggo (or McMurdo for that matter) any more. I think you are working hard at being offended here.

Rather than me being offended I think you are gilding the lily and seeing what you want to see, FF has a one sided agenda and Suck enforces it. There I will leave it and agree to differ we will never agree on the obvious.

  4. Yes, I post on FF and sometimes on Gersnet too. I have never felt hounded or harassed and have always spoken my mind. Every site has its agendas and posters who can sometimes get a little too 'strident'. Yep, RM as well (you know who you are :) ).

Generally speaking, I think that Gersnet has the most thoughtful and adult discussions on this and on other subjects.

Thanks for the reply, I suppose that every place does have its militants, but I must say that FF is really scraping the bottom of the barrel today with Suck promoting Leggo's article and referring to money laundering, is there no level that they will not stoop to.

  5. The first and only time Rangers fans ever made a decision was in the days of JG in my eyes the greatest Ranger ever, that however didn't stop me voting with my feet along with thousands of others. Rangers fans have made a habit ever since of blaming everyone else for anything that isn't liked or goes wrong, time to stop living on our knees and stand up and take responsibility for our club, a good sentiment but one which I think may never be attained.

HHB are you the person who posts on FF, do you feel it is a site without agenda and that everyone is treated fairly irrespective of their view. From what I and many others can see now that it is not a closed site doesn't show it in a very good light, seems to be four or five posters who run things and hound anyone who asks even the simplest questions about Murray or McColl.

  6. I don't have a well paid job, I couldn't make in my working life what Ally and some players make in a year, makes me feel as if the club has drifted away from normal fans with obscene wages in our present position. I know the tupe thing didn't help still doesn't make the bad feeling go away.

  7. Im left with little or no option but to include myself Harry. Bears will be rightfully suspicious of bloggers who lend themselves to one particular faction. It would be erroneous to say it was just differences of opinion - its been far more than that. Its been unpleasant, derogatory and at times vindictive.

Looking at the discussion on here there are some really interesting points being raised. Im certainly believe a good blogger can change perceptions - and I think they have a crucial role in that regard. Apathy amongst oir support needs to be exorcised, the lack of fan representation, the media are all examples of areas Rangers bloggers should be writing to change and alter perception.

I think your stuff is really good and very fair, have been wondering why no one is pressing the Jim McColl group for fans representation even as a board observer if his group want the fans vote, do you think it is something his group would entertain or will we be tossed aside once the end result is known.

  8. Tennant's offered up an initial deal for £750k, but Imran and Green said they'd negotiated a deal for the shirts and stadium sponsorship with Emirates worth £20m per annum! Must have had their tail between their legs when they went back to take the offer of £500k from Tennant's.

What kind of commercial director loses the club £250k on a deal? The same type that boasts how great he is while managing to lose half the amount of commercial partners the club had before his disastrous involvement.

Why is he trying to get his dirty hands on 5% of the Sports Direct deal when Jim Park (yes Whyte's mate) was paid a £250k introductory fee?

How much would it have cost to call Newcastle and ask for his number?

Jeezo that is very telling is it in the public eye mate, any links to the articles.
