You don't need to be an accountant to know the Easdales don't own 51% of Rangers.

This must surely win the most pathetic thread of the year competition. How can you compare the CVs of two people who have had completely different career paths? However, I'll have a go.
1. PM has supported Rangers since he was a wee boy. Stockbridge had probably never even heard of the club before last year.
2. PM tried to stop Green from gaining power. Stockbridge aided and abetted him.
3. PM has previous experience of helping to run a football club. Stockbridge had none until last year.
4. PM would work for Rangers for nothing. Stockbridge would not be here if it were not for the salary and bonus.
5. PM wants to uncover exactly what went on with the IPO. Stockbridge would prefer not to speak about it.
6. The likes of McColl, Kennedy and King (all very successful businessmen) all seem to rate PM highly. Stockbridge has the support of...er Green.
I could go on.
It's about fresh eyes within the board.
I don't care who you are, if you are 'stealing' from my club you can get to f*ck.

But this thread is about his CV isn't it or don't you want the best person for the job at Rangers.
Not if this person wants a 200k bonus for the football team winning a Mickey Mouse league.

What i cant understand is why have none of the Easdales came out and said anything about King getting back in!
They hold majority shares and letting King back in would almost certainly see their shares diluted in future!

And what are Stockbridge, Mather and co here for?

No probs, as for PM if someone can show he has the tools to do the job good and well, however I would lay money that no track record or CV will be forthcoming from his acolytes.
Let's be honest, this isn't about his CV.

well even if what you said is right. I`m sure our revenue coming in when we were in the SPL was £54M so hold tight and we`ll start to make £21M profit.lol
This board and others have done the hard work getting the players wages down.Our revenue streams will come online soon. More investors will want part of that future but only after the poison from the mini camp has finally gone.

How is it deflection? I couldn't tell you Stockbridge's CV or Murray's. What I'm saying is you are moving away from the point by asking about CV's.

It's not about CV's it's about who we can trust.
Whatever you say about Paul Murray, how could you possibly trust Stockbridge over him.
I don't think anyone is saying Murray is businessman of the year but he's part of a group who care a helluva lot more than Stockbridge n co.

Some valid points, especially that we need to know that plans that any future board may have.
The Murray/McColl people need to answer the same questions as anyone else.
I think Mather could remain but Stockbridge has to go.

It's like people are going against Paul Murray n co because RST are backing them?
At the moment, I've lost trust in the current board and think we need fresh faces in there. That doesn't need to be Paul Murray.

What's your issues with Green?
I did like him at one point. He spoke up for the club and obviously was the front man for the consortium which bailed us out.
My problems were that his outlandish statements caught up with him and he made that ridiculous racist comment that shames our club.
And I felt towards the end that he was just saying what fans wanted to hear.

I'm not using Whyte as an excuse to hate anyone, I'm just not being fooled into thinking things are roses by people who could have another agendas.
200k to a finance director for winning the 3rd division? What is that other than blatant abuse of power?
I'm not saying it's all doom and gloom but I can't trust anyone with links to Green now. I think we need to remove it and start afresh.
