  1. east midlands airport to malaga on the tuesday evening overnight in malaga,train up to seville wednesday morning,booked an apartment in seville for one night,train back thursday afternoon,flight back to east midlands at 8pm thursday night.

    now for the cost.....

    return flight with ryanair e.m.a. to malaga TWENTY QUID INC TAXES

    ONE NIGHT IN 3 STAR HOTEL IN MALAGA 40 EUROS

    RETURN TICKET ON TRAIN 36 EUROS

    APARTMENT IN SEVILLE FOR 1 NIGHT 45 EUROS

    total cost approx £125 + spendo for food and drink.

    match ticket through travel club, got a Full history so almost guaranteed a ticket,the only doubt being the outcome of the uefa enquiry and whether we take tickets following bucharest fiasco,but i will still be going for a wee break in the sun!!! :rolleyes:

  2. thanks for your support jiggaman,the only reason i am not there is due to the death of my nephew aged 40,i am at home with tonights ticket in my hand,gutted i cant be there,and i have a FULL travel club history since day one five seasons ago,TONIGHT IS THE FIRST I HAVE MISSED,32 POSTS OR NOT

    Stuttgart is a great trip and Germany IMO is the best country to go to for a euro away trip. The people are spot on and the beer is even better.

    I will be travelling with the KPL bus to this one which leaves Monday 6pm.

    Just booked hotel for Frankfurt for the night before.

    Only just over 2 weeks until we leave. Can't wait :beer1:

    flying out on tuesday 15th from london stansted to memmingen (west munich),with ryanair.6.40am flight out and returning on thursday 17th at 14.35

    arrive back at stansted at 15.15 and the best bit is the price £20 return including taxes and free web check in.

    memmingen is 90 mins from stuttgart by train ,one change at munich main station,easy peasy. :gerbad::rolleyes:

  6. Skysports.com understands Liverpool are closing in on a shock move for former Rangers defender Sotiris Kyrgiakos.

    Liverpool are in the market for defensive reinforcements and it is believed they have lined up a move for AEK stopper Kyrgiakos.

    The Reds have been linked with the likes of Stoke's Ryan Shawcross and Hull's Michael Turner, but Kyrgiakos appears to be a cheaper option for Rafa Benitez.

    With reports of Benitez having his transfer budget restricted Liverpool have switched their attentions to Kyrgiakos and they are believed to have agreed a €3million (£2.5million) fee with AEK for the 30-year-old.

    Kyrgiakos is understood to have said his goodbyes to his AEK team-mates and is now thought to be travelling to England to hold talks with Liverpool officials and undergo a medical
