I don't want to be overly negative, but so far it's very similar to his first spell. Red hot against smaller clubs but struggles in the big games.
Didn't have a sniff against Hearts or Hibs. I'm hoping that's down to overall team performance and fitness as opposed to a lack of development.

I've been desperate to avoid them since relegation. But meh, we have to play them next season and I don't think we will be a whole lot better by then. Plus they look shite as well. Aye fuck it give us a bash at them at home.
Worse that can happen is a trouncing and maybe just maybe it will be the end of McCoist or finally the board see just how much investment we need on the park to compete.

His loyalty is fucking brilliant, we've got a real great servant to the club here. Wants to stay and be a part of a decisive point in our history and fully deserves to do so. Club legend in the making.
Reckon the national teams really missing out. Left back was previously a proper dire position for us, but with Robertson and Wallace we have two excellent players, fully expect lee to be back in the team when we're back challenging in a year or two

we were a lot better today, and on Monday. Granted Dumbarton are probably the weakest side in the league and Clyde are below us, but nice to see a bit of improvement. defensively though we're gonna get punished by decent sides, and good teams will still boss games against our midfield.
need to improve in the big games, but I don't think we ever will with ally. thankfully I don't think hearts will be as consistent as us even though there's a good chance they'll beat us in 3 of the 4 games we play them.

We've put up with some amount of shite, more often than not in a dignified way. But we aren't even close. Don't think there's any British club even in contention.

I meant the time between leaving and resigning haha, wasn't a dig at Ally or anyone. What I mean is strikers in Boyd's mould should still be in the very last years of their prime at 32. Hopefully he can still score for fun for a couple of seasons.
