Big bright modern banners would be shite there.

Display was great but using paper rather than polythene for supporters to hold up was a mistake.
Belting the Progres keeper with paper balls, while funny, isn't brilliant especially when the referee stops the game to get them cleared, this'll be in his match report.
If UBs used polythene, it will still have the same impact but they can't be thrown
Everyone knows that at the core of the Union Bears values is their eco friendly ethos. Whilst Polythene does Biodegrade naturally, it's a very slow process. It is believed that it would take between 400-1000 years for a sheet of polythene to break down.
I have heard the Union Bears argue though that whilst paper does degrade quicker, there is possibly a larger environmental impact. One member reckoned that if you had the same volume of plastic sheets and paper sheets - the paper would take up 7 times more space. So a lot more lorries are needed on the road to transport it - not to mention the trees that need to be cut down to make it in the first place.
It's a minefield really. I do agree that polythene is less aerodynamic than paper and less likely to cause issues - I am led to believe the Union Bears are moving away from both materials and are actually looking at paper made from hemp fibres which is a step in the right direction.

Even his name is shite. Nobody that's good at anything is ever going to be called Waghorn.
-
Miller is making an effort to learn their language, Waghorn is probably recommending the best chippies.
-
Same folk that held up the game throwing paper balls would have been booing their players holding up the game going down injured. Just stupid.
Continuing to throw them when every other stand is booing and Kenny Miller is asking you to stop is just arsehole behaviour.

I believe there is a Louden inside Disneyworld.

Dalcio - Looked direct and keen to go at defenders, had the right ideas but his execution wasn't the best. Didn't really beat his first man on several attempts.
Jack - Impressed by his performance, didn't really put a foot wrong. Won't be the most exciting of players to watch but just does his job and does it effectively.
Cardoso - Looked comfortable on the ball and good in the air. Early signs look like we've picked up a good player to shore up the frailties at the back.
Candeias - Really quick and full of energy. Happy to close down defenders as well as go direct against them. Didn't get on the ball as much as I would have liked but still too early to really form an opinion on him.
Morelos - Didn't really have enough time to show much of what he can do, he does look very strong though when holding off defenders.

Maybe they're bringing back Roxi and Boris?
Always felt for Broxi, he had it all until they left him. Still does his job with a smile and full of enthusiasm but you can tell he's hurting inside.
Hopefully him and Roxi have kissed and made up for wee Boris' sake.

Couldn't really make out the bear, didn't seem like it was stretched out enough. Thought it looked decent outwith that though to be fair.

Still raining but it hasn't been particularly heavy all day. Pitch will be fine.

Just picked up mine and picked up my mates for him too and she didn't even ask his address, just his name.

I missed getting a ticket coz of that fucking shambles of a website. Wouldn't let me log in with all my correct details. Managed to get one off a pal though so not too bothered. Bit shit if anyone misses out coz of that website though.
I had the same issue, had to set up a new account by changing my date of birth and adding my middle name.

Still waiting on mine in the post.
I suppose watching for the postman will make it worse.
They say a watched postman never boils.

Will be picking up my ticket at lunchtime then going into town for a wander, go for dinner at the Quay pre match.
Driving so wont be having a bevvy.
Will be wearing the full home kit and shin pads.
-
Picking mine up tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully wont be too busy about lunchtime.

There's guys that have had a season ticket for years that just go along to have a moan for 90 minutes and then head up the road. Yes they pay their money but does that make them a better supporter than someone who maybe can't go to every game because of other commitments? I wouldn't say so.
-
How have a team like that even heard of him?
Good luck to him, good guy just not the level required to see us challenging for the title.
-
Probably only about 400 seats left now. Absolutely nothing together.

Alright mate. If I had an old username back in the day, what would be the first letter of it?
Feck knows.

We've waited years to be able to buy a top, surely folk can wait a few more days to get one from a source that is better for the club.

You can only wear one over 30 when at the airport with the wife and kids and you're all kitted out in the full strip.
With the obligatory dazzling white new holiday trainers.

So he is unhappy in the final third but still plays Waghorn ? Why not start with Morales and bring numbnuts on? Or try Hardie and bring him on ...he already knows what Waghorn can do (we all do) so what is he gaining?
This is obviously his starting team for next week and it should be fine....but a big crowd and Waghorns bottle are never a good combination.
I'd like to think maybe there was scouts watching and Waghorn was in the shop window rather than he's still in Pedro's plans . Here's hoping anyway!
