So having tried to calm down and failing I wanted to summarize my thoughts on where we are
The game
Absolute shambles and I have nothing good to say about anyone involved, however it's made me evaluate everyone.
The Board
Nowhere near good enough. Poor handling of almost every situation since they've come in. Even llambias blasting them as he left comes back and makes me think he had a point, even if they were no better.
Don't have the funds to take us forward
Structure all over the place. Youths not bringing real quality into the team. Scouting brings in Scottish journeyman.
Blazers everywhere. Nobody really doing anything of note
The Warburton sacking was a shambles. Deserved to go, but they could have handled it better
Pedros appointment was horrendous. No track record, not up to it
The progres game should have lead to change.
The director of football chase was like sticking your finger in the air and hope you get the right man .
Didn't handle Pedro losing the squad at all. Miller Wallace incidents were embarrassing.
Pedro eventually getting sacked, should have had a replacement lined up, took too long sacking him
McInnes chase not good enough.
Appointing a youth coach who isn't up to it. Never has been, never will be.
Approached McInnes then failed, then extending murty til the end of the season.
No replacement lined up for murty.
Let players leave the club who actually had decent seasons in Wilson and bates
Which brings me on to murty
Can't pick the right team
Poor tactics, if you can call them that
Too nice to be a manager
Doesn't know how to change a game
Recalled players in halliday and o'halloran who aren't good enough
Too loyal to his favourites, Morelos and windass have needed dropped for about the last 6-7 games.
Lost the dressing room
Interviews are pathetic
poor use of his own signings
2 players punished who weren't even on the pitch last week, there's several more who is suspend after that shambles.
Now the team
Nowhere near good enough, thought there was some positive signs but I wouldn't be sad if they all left.
Morelos we should have driven him to the airport.
Windass and Tav highest bidders in the summer.
Miller and Wallace, thanks for the good memories and see you later. Both have had spells I've enjoyed and spells where they've offered little. I'm not even going to go through the rest
Spineless the lot of them. They don't deserve our backing.
I have no idea where we go from here.

Sorry not buying that.
Look at Clarke at Kilmarnock. They're players are not good but he's got them playing as an organised unit. A manager can inspire and motivate or confuse and demotivate.
Murty talks a good game (just like Warburton did) but he's not backing it up with his own actions.

It's the same every week, only we are playing teams that aren't up to it, yet they still score cheap goals against while we miss far too many easy chances, absolutely no different today, we created enough chances to win the game.
Also we have too many passengers, Goss, Windass, Candeias and the goalkeeper and that's just a start, we also need to replace Morelos with a goal scorer.
Bollocks.

This is the thing that really got to me today.
Our two goals come from pressing them back and forcing mistakes. As soon as we score we sit back instead of killing it, allowing them back into the game. The pressing game worked at the piggery when we should’ve won and today we done it twice and got two goals then sat off them allowing them to calm down and regroup.
Really fucked me off we could’ve got a couple in the first 15-20 mins if we pressed like we did when we got the goals
This is what annoyed me most today, mate. They were there for the taking the first 30 minutes. Scored our first then sat off. Attacked and pressed, got the 2nd then sat off again. Murty should have put Cummings on as soon as they went to 10 men. But for some reason it still looked like we were sitting off them even when they had 10 men. Weird one for me.

Billythebear. I think your mistaken about me. I just like the Queen's English to be used appropriately. Surely your in agreement with that.
I may be a prick. But I'm the RM prick. So I'm you're prick too.
We got off on the wrong footing. Can we go back and start again. I'm willing if your too.....

Looking back on the game it’s bad how over run our midfield was. It’s also criminal how many chances we done take against smaller teams I don’t think Murty is tactically aware how to approach games either.
but there is no formation in the world that can have 2 upfront, wingers and have a good solid 3 in midfield.
We need to switch between 3 formations depending on who we play.
As for personnel I don’t think windass or holt are long term options, both good on their day but not consistent enough.
i would like to see us revisit the 442 and drop windass. Goss and docherty running the midfield goss is deep lying and can spray the ball about and docherty is a machine, box to box midfielder. Allowing us to have the hardworking wingers Candeias and Murphy.
Upfront is obvious Cummings and Morelos. All our balls in the box would have 2 targets to finish or pick up the second ball. Interplay between the 2 would create more chances.
4321 - where winning the midfield battle is a must and for when we are playing teams that will look to have more possession.
the midfield should consist of jack or McCrorie behind goss and docherty. Docherty was throwing Hibs players about the Park he is a box to box type that would run forward with the ball and link midfield to attack. Murphy and Candeias on the wings.
433- wasted under Warburton I am honk the 433 has a place when used correctly. Under Warburton the 3 strikers played as 1 striker and 2 wide men. Historically this has always been 3 strikers up top. Cummings, Morelos and MOH. Surprise inclusion but his pace would hugely compliment the talent of the other 2.
midfield would be jack goss and docherty.
the wide play would come from Tavernier and John who would be covered by midfield when attacking.
these are the 3 formations I think we should use and signal the end of the 4231. Our strikers play better in a partnership than lone. Morelos goal run at the start of the season was when he was playing with Kenny miller.
Windass is NOT a number 10 and our wingers are not goal scoring wingers or inside forwards which you need for this formation.
I agree with you on most of what you are saying mate! But without Jack or McCrorie our midfield is just far too lightweight. There's no one there to put the tackles in and throw themselves about. Against your stuffy teams who just throw the boot about your gonna need those two playing it's simple as that.

Oh well, it looks like curtains for Dorrans, Jack, and Declan John.
Which is a shame.
I hope it doesn't also mean McCrorie back to the development squad?
Sorry mate meant the ones he brought from abroad. And McCrorie is a must start when he's fit
-
Yes he's had his moments, but he's a young man. Morelos aside the only ones i'd keep from Caixinha's reign are Candieas and Cardoso.

Our only hope is a 352 .
We have to stop relying on Tav and John as defenders and use them as wingers with Bruno cardosso and Mccrorie at the back .. candeias and morellos up top will give alfredo a proper wing man to feed off ..
If we go the same team and set up as Friday well lose by 2 or 3 easily
It most likely won’t happen mate, but I like the sound of it. Just don’t think 4-4-2 works for us. Constantly over-ran in midfield and wide players don’t tuck in and help when needed. 3-5-2 seems the sensible option ??
