miller.jpgThe News of the World are reporting today that Arab club Al-Ain made a bid for Rangers form player Kenny Miller midweek on the last day of the United Arab Emirates. A bid of £3million was reported to be forthcoming however nothing came from it.

Despite their bid faltering, it is also being mentioned that the club will come back in for Miller in the January transfer window, which will be only six months before his contract with Rangers expires. Al-Ain are owned by the richer brother the vastly wealthy Man City owner, so Miller could very easily tie up a very comfortable final bumper pay day.

Rangers have now offered Miller three new deals and the latest one is still being mulled over by the striker who has now hit a remarkable 8 goals in 5 games this season - very much filling the gap created when SPL record scorer Kris Boyd left the club in the summer.
