Wednesday 28th, Sydney FC v Rangers, 11:15 am.
So that's 11:15 am UK time we are 5 hrs behind so 6:15 am EST.
Thank you so much - an early rise Wednesday. Enjoyed the Blackburn game and looking forward to this one.
Aye! and 4.15AM for me.
-
I also love the fact that the unwashed hate the guy.
Lafferty scoring a last minute winner against them would be special.
Aye! and rubbing it in with a wee dance, would be perfect.

I think he doesn't tend to get praised as much as others, even when he has a good game. He's still learning his trade, has scored some important goals for us and I have confidence in him to become a good player for us for years to come. He has the confidence to make it here, he just needs a run of games with a good partner up front (Miller, preferably) in my opinion.
With us being linked with a couple of strikers recently, I can't help but feel he'll be played out wide, yet again.
Personally,I still think wide left is his best position.

Fernando Ricksen at Porkhead a few seasons back.First minute of the second half,Timmy blurting out YNWA FErnando woof! it's in the net
Total silence ensues from the scum.Hilarious. Edu's last season a very close second.

Scot Symon
Scot Symon for me also.

I don't think Bougherra at RB would be too bad a move.
I've been saying so for quite some time now.How would 3-5-2 appeal to you?
-
going to be an early rise tommorow then
Early rise? Us real Bears over here in North America do it every week, difference is,you probably wont be sitting in a
bar with your mates, having a beer at that time eh?

6am here in the UK
Cheers Kev,Nothing on Rangers TV about showing the game live,"Yet" But I do see Iraq Goals have it scheduled for 7 CET(what ever
time that is)
7am CET is central eastern time 1 hour ahead of uk
Cheers Andy

Is he cover or a replacement for Boogie??
Hopefully he is deemed the replacement for the often injured, wants to play in the EPL (cracking player, but very replaceable)Bougherra
-
Why are we still posting comment on this thankfully departed reptile?
-
The way I can work it out,you guy's will be able to watch/listen to the Blackburn game at 6am.sunday morning,if this is right
I should be able to watch/listen to it tonight(Saturday) at 11 pm Edmonton time.Am I right?
I am on the east coast of the States so it's 1 am for me, if you are two hours being the east coast 11 pm would be correct.
How will you be watching it? Have you found a decent site?

People might scoff, but somebody like Nacho is going to be incredibly difficult to replace
Big game players don't grow on trees
My feelings exactly,TG.
-
For me,easily the biggest mistake so far (in our present melt down) is not tying Nacho up for the two years he wanted.
Walter says we need a wide man,and a striker.Well the names we have heard banded around the last few weeks, who might fill these
positions, are inferior to Nacho, who could easily have covered both positions.Go figure!
-
no chance, not if murray and bain were involved, fuckin no chance
My solution: The guy that incurred the debt, should ante up and clear it.Simple as that! step to the plate Sir David.
-
Wilson(excess baggage) to Liverpool 2-maybe as much as 5 Mil. great deal for us,and I have no doubt Walter and Bain have a few Positive surprises to announce in the near future. In all I'm pretty confident about the up coming season.
-
you predicted fuck all bud.your just another slabberer over the net
Go check out my post this time last year,JERK!
-
Ask me again at the end of next month. Would love to say yes, but I am not so sure.
Doubter eh?
-
Definitely
Looks like just me and you Scott.
-
I predicted this time last year, and I will predict again now:that the players we have signed now,are good enough to retain the SPL
title.

Whittaker has to stay at RB
Bougherra would be my first choice there DB.I don't want to take Whittaker out the team,so let's play him in front of Bougherra
for a few games at least, and see how it works.I wouldn't be upset if Walter stuck this line-up on the field,to start the season.
McGregor
Bougherra Webster Weir Papac
Whittaker Davis McCulloch laffery
Fleck
Miller
Let me get this right, you want us to field 4 players out of position?
We need to get out of this obsession of shoehorning players into positions, that starting 11 would be so lopsided it wouldn't even be funny.
Four players out of position DB? I honestly don't see anyone out of position in that line-up.I can see a couple players maybe
complain, that they are playing out of position(Bougherra, and Lafferty) But in all honesty I would disagree with them.
Bougherra would be a revelation at right back, and Lafferty (whether he likes it or not)is a better player coming in from the left.
Well you have a midfield with one player in there correct position in Davis, the rest is all just shoehorned in there. That midfield would be all over the place.
Bougherra ain't a right back, and Webster and Weir would be the slowest / deepest defensive line in the game.
One, Davis? you jest. In case you missed it McCulloch was probably the best at his position in the SPL last season.
