Karim Ziani is a cracking player - the type of player we require. Struggled a bit at Marseille but absolutely tore Liverpool to shreds in both legs of the Champions League a few years back, and was probably the 2nd/3rd best player on the park tonight, just behind Bougherra and Boudebouz.
Exactly,that's what I was thinking.What club is he at now Muff(did I hear the commentator say he was struggling in the bundesliga?)

Well if its back to SDM I am not too unhappy as the Ellis deal was taking far too long. Too many things needing done and the Ellis deal that never was was a distraction. No doubt the details will leak out soon.

Cousin played the important games in the run up to the end of the season UEFA Cup season, against Motherwell, Hibs and Aberdeen, we failed to win any of them and lost the league that year... would I want him back? No... Was a he a good player? Yes, at times, he had his moments of quality that stuck out like a sore thumb because we hadnt seen anyone with his ability for a while...

Watching England v USA rite now & Michael Bradley the son of the US coach Bob Bradley looks a good player pretty sure he plies his trade in Germany... seen him handle rooney already a few times looks a nice player..

I'm prepared to get shot down for saying this but I think Boyd has done well enough for us to not get called a cunt by our own support. It is baffling and disappointing if he goes to a mid-table English club but I certainly wont be calling him a cunt. I appreciate what he's done for us and if/when he leaves then we move on and look to replace him but he shouldnt be turned into some sort of villain.

Just watched the S/A V Mexico game,that young guy Dos Santos looks like he could become quite a player,eh?
The only problem with him is that people have been saying that for five years now.
He's still only 22 Papa,and he does possess a lot of pluses.I've just got the feeling that this is the time for him to flourish.
