  1. How the fuck does a post about Cammy Bell turn into an Eremenko thread?

Cammy Bell obviously didn't do his career prospects any harm after that performance and I think we could do worse than get him in IF McGregor gets sold. Neil Alexander still has a good few years in him yet, but Cammy Bell is one for the future if given the proper coaching.

As a bit of off topic here...Why the fuck would we want to sign a fat lazy midfielder who can hit a good pass and dead ball when he's given space and time like Eremenko, when a lot of the fans wanting him signed were the same fans who wanted rid of Charlie Adam because he was a fat lazy midfielder who could hit a good pass and a dead ball when given the time and space?

I don't get it at all doh

Eremenko is foreign and therefore must be better in a lot of fans eyes.

  2. I don't see what massive difference him playing on the left makes. It seems to be the "in" thing at the moment for wingers to be played on the opposite side of what is natural to them (e.g. Johnson at City).

Maybe Walter doesn't think Weiss has a very good cross on him (I'm sure I've read this very same opinion several times on here) and would prefer him to cut inside and lay the ball off rather than hit the byline and fluff a cross. Just a thought.

  3. I'd agree with the 1-0 over the tims in the Scottish Cup semi.

McCoist's reaction to the goal says it all for me.

Oh and by the way. Sending a Rangers player off for a mistimed challenge in the Celtic half just six minutes into a semi final? where was your 50-year conspiracy then ya fucking inbred mickey taig tattie picking arseholes? :pipe:

  4. So how would a combined Dundee and Dundee United have an increased ability to compete with us at the top? They would still be light years behind us,Aberdeens a one club city, do they compete?

If you reread my post it says in theory a combined and larger fanbase which would equal an increased revenue and therefore a better chance of competing. Since you don't seem to understand what "in theory" means I will make it clear that I don't necessarily agree that this would happen if they were to amalgamate.

  5. absolute garbage, what would a combined Dundee and Dundee United bring to the table whats not already here?

In theory a combined fan base, bigger revenue and an increased ability to compete with us at the top.

It makes sense but since when was common sense a part of Scottish football?

There's far too many professional teams for a country this size.

  6. They never fined us for singing the TBB.

Anyway Dingwall claims he saw the letter on UEFA headed notepaper in Murray's office.

That's why his businesses are falling down the pan ... he just leaves important correspondence lying around his office for everyone to read.
