regardless of how shite these players were - if you think it was ok for the club to just leave off telling them simply that their contract wouldn't be renewed then don't ever give us some shite about "Rangers traditions and values".
all it would have took was a meeting with them all at Ibrox, a hand shake and a goodbye. If the board can't even muster that simple gesture of respect then the traditions and values are long gone.
Traditionally players have given enough effort and value to warrant a hand shake at the end!

Now we have Black stating his disappointment at finding out his contract wasn't being renewed in the media and that he is "aiming" at Clubs in England. Well at least he will travel down in style in his red Bentley, not bad for a guy who was ready to go back to painting and decorating because no Club was interested in his footballing services when Ally swooped to give him 7 grand a week. I hope you saved some Ian that thing only does 12 miles to the gallon.
If he'd have looked at himself in the mirror at any point over the last 3 years he would have realised then that his contract wouldn't be renewed.

Some people have made their minds up on the board no matter what. They will criticise rightly or wrongly, as has been the case.
I'm more concerned hoo quickly certain sections will turn on the management team, if this revolution isn't as quickly successful as we all hope.
