What I am saying is that Whyte couldn't of not paid our taxes 15 months ago because he didn't own us. From reading the OP that is what Traynor and Jackson are claiming.

The independant board made their feelings known around March/April. They also hired a PI and it is possible they knew all about Whyte from an early stage
What I am meaning is that they are saying 15 months, Whyte wasn't in charge 15 months ago.

Also I think that is very important that the list of investors in mentioned like someone else just said a couple of new names have been thrown into the mix. Maybr this is still not the full list.

Where were all these people this time last year / this time two years ago / this time three years ago/ this time four years ago.....the club has been for sale for years. Yes the debts gone, but if they are as big as Rangers men as some say surely they would of wanted to save the club from being dragged through the gutter........
I don't know who to trust these days and just want it all to be over and to be back to doing what we do best playing football...
But over the last week for the first time through all this I have started to feel that might not happen!
I want to be wrong though and will hang on till the end, please just sort this mess out before it is to late

He has just posted on his twitter a letter to the SPL/SFA stating that in not allowing us to continue to play in SPL without any consideration they are breaking their own rules.
