  1. target man and long ball ,sorry ally it wont do.

What a fucking pathetic comment, if you think that was long ball tactics you know the square root of fuck all about the game, stick to your playstation mate.

  2. Fair enough but is it not more likely that investors would run a mile if Gers could'nt guarantee 30,000 plus season tickets .

Laxley and the other institutions are the investors.

It's a cash cow for them, in a way the worse off we are Financially the better it is for them they can generate money By bailing us out and in a worst case scenario grab the major assets as security against loans.

That way if admin 2 were to happen who's left holding the 'deeds' when the club defaults on the loans ?

  3. I was nearly first in line when Green asked us to step up and pay ,and i'll do it again but can't help thinking about Kings "fool me once shame on you ,fool me twice shame on me " comment and hope it does'nt come back to haunt us .

The only way out is if king or another interested party buys them out.

Withholding season ticket money and boycotting the merchandise etc will only make the situation worse.

For talking sake if we starved the club of money, what's to stop the likes of laxley coming back in and offering another loan to keep the club going, which the board would have to take and maybe this time we have to put up auchenhowie as their security.

Now that to me is a very scary thought !

  4. Just remember if you're one of the first 500 renewals then your cash goes straight to Laxleys !

I don't like the 'institutional loan' any more than you do mate but it's a reality and it won't stop me being first in the line for renewal.

  5. I will be renewing,in fact I would do it today if it was possible.

The thought of missing the arguments with the same old moaning faces who just can't watch a game without overly criticising our team just doesn't bear thinking about.

I wish king or anybody else for that matter would just buy the institutional shareholders out, I fucking hate all the bad publicity this generates.

as a club and support we really are behaving just like the inhabitants of the potato dome used to, it is getting very embarrassing.

  6. Ok fast forward 12 months, we're closing in on the championship title and doing ok on the park.

Like all football clubs we could do with a little bit of extra income just until the season ticket money starts rolling in.

Who's turn is it to give the club a lucrative(for themselves) loan ?

Is it to be blue pitch, margarita or maybe damille investments or possibly another one of the institutional investors.

Who's turn is it to dip their snout in the trough next time ?

  7. Cheers

So am I right in thinking if you want to attend away games on a regular basis you either have to be a season ticket holder, or member of an official supporters branch?

Yes that would be right most away grounds are too small to accommodate our travelling support although being a season ticket holder signed up for away tickets is no guarantee either, the best way is to be a member of a supporters club(bus)

  8. Papac wasn't very good? Sorry?

The guy that made 212 appearances for us? The guy that won 3 SPL titles, 3 League Cups and 3 Scottish Cups with us? The guy that played in numerous Champions League games against some of the biggest teams in Europe and was monumental in our run to the 2008 UEFA Cup Final? That guy?

You must be thinking of someone completely different. He may not have been the best left-back in the world but he was a fantastic servant to the Club and one of our most consistent players of the past 10 years, possibly longer. I may be over-reacting because I'm tired but it does my nut in when that guy doesn't get the credit he deserves. Again, I'm not saying he was one of our greatest, and time can sometimes prove fruitful for the ability of certain players but Sasa Papac put his neck on the line - literally (blocking Mark Wilson's shot off the line with a neck that had already been broken in a car crash only a few years before) - and always gave his all.

Faure can't even be mentioned in the same breath, and that's no dig at him.

Brilliant summing up there mate, and like you I think faure will become a stand out when he's played in the middle.

Centre half or as you suggest a holding midfield player looks like his position.

  9. Can I ask RM members, would you be interested in what has been discussed? Would you attend a meeting to show support and discuss the issues at hand?

Yes I am very interested, I am all for it and would do whatever I could to help.
