Many of the same people want King to buy fat Mikes retail deal out too, i think they quite simply struggle to make a distinction between the Clubs chairmans duties and the Clubs. It's down to the Club as a whole to improve on every aspect of what we are doing, not just the Chairmans responsibility to bail us out . Yeah mate, I really doubt we`d be taking Puma and SD on if it wasn't a battle we think we will win. Also as MM says Puma & SD`s contracts are with rangers retail(Ashleys proxy company) anyway, so he`d end up essentially suing the company he uses to fleece our Club of the retail income. They need our permission to sell the items produced as it contains our property(the badge), they may have the contract to produce it but the right to sell branded items is given by the IP holder(us).
