Just spoke with Rob at the Press Office at Blackburn and there's nothing new to report.
As expected he wouldn't give anything away but I kept pushing and pushing and he eventually told me that NO statement was imminent.
He wouldn't confirm or deny if Goodwillie was still at the stadium or if he'd passed the second phase of his medical.
He told me that if there is any breaking news it would appear on the clubs website before any of the hacks get hold of it.
So not much an update but I keep asking myself IF he has agreed terms as reported and IF he has passed the medical..... WHY hasn't he signed for them yet?
Anyone else heard anything new?

Jackson claims Goodwillie's holed up in a hotel bedroom in Blackburn at the moment and doesn't know if he wants a shite or a herrcut.

Our track record in bringing in Centre backs is excellent and at £500K this one's a no-brainer. He plays in one of the best leagues in the world against some of the best players in the world and could be a real find.
Unfortunately it may end our interest in Cuellar for the time being at least, we simply don't have a big enough pot.
Goodwillie's obviously high on the list of "Ally's Most Wanted" and if the name "Estigarribia" is also up there then I think we're heading in the right direction.
I can also see Eremenko coming in on a free which would be a great bit of business and if we can find one or two decent loan signings then I think we'll have a squad capable of making it 4IAR.
