It looks like the new deal will bring in £266,000 per game but Im not sure how this is divided. Checking the SPL website (which doesn't seem to get updated much!)here is what they say: After seeing this, they all get more than enough!!

There should be a better allocation of Income to the Teams that we play when Televised. It is then up to the other clubs to try and improve and show they are worthy of this!! I agree we attract the TV companies but I would expect to be giving the same amount as anyone who shared the stage with me? As our games are shown more then it will always mean we receive more anyway.

Why are the Supporters of all Scottish Clubs not having a go at the SFA for trying to bring the SPL and SFL together? The only reason this is happening is because of the TV deal and not because it is in the interest of Scottish Football! (Sporting Integrity Over Looked) Don't get me wrong, this should have happened years ago with better voting rights for all members and a better share of all TV income and a better league structure but cant they all see they are doing this to benefit themselves!? If all Scottish Supporters really want Rangers punished then they would stand up to this and make sure Rangers are put into Div 3, If not then where is this so called Sporting Integrity!? Picture this. The SPL and SFL are merged into the SPFL and Rangers are demoted to the 1st Div. If (big if) we manage to get promoted within the 1st season then the TV deal is fine and the SFA will be happy. What then happens if clubs decide to start spending major money and build up so much debt that they then decide to go into Admin, offer a silly CVA (that they know will be refused) and decide to start a Newco kowing that they will only be relegated to the 1st or should I say SP2 league!? If this were to happen they sure as hell cant decide to demote a team to the bottom league as that would then show favouritism!!! Or should I say it would show the SFA are only interested in the TV deal. SFA = Complete Incompetent W***s!!!

No Rangers = No team to support for me!!!! I help run and play for a Saturday Amateur team so dont get to many games, but watch it on the TV (arm chair fan I think it is) I spend money on merchandise and TV so I can help support Rangers as much as I can afford. If there is no Rangers then there is no Scottish Football!!! Simple

Exactly! He wants to come in and act like our saviour! If he was so proud of Rangers and felt we were such a great institution he would have bought us from SDM

If Kennedy really wanted to buy us he would have done it well before now, it was a ridiculous statement! He keeps going on about saving us but has yet to put the required cash on the table (this from a guy who has enough money to own the whole of scottish football)! He needs to just stay away if he is not serious

If so how can D&P say the bid has to be better than what the creditors would get if Liquidated?? In the past few annual reports rangers are reporting around £100 - £120 million in assets?? (I might be looking at it wrong, I'm nae accountant or that eh lol) but if this was true wouldn't we then be looking at someone having to offer a hell of a lot more than £11.5 mil?

They are obviously in a decent enough financial position that they can afford to let him go for free at the end of his contract, they must feel his contribution to the team is more benficial...Boyd only had 18months left on his contract when we were wanting 4 million for him. I wouldnt blame them, good to see we are trying to bring in a decent player! Just dont think we can afford him, If they accepted the 3.5 mil I would have been delighted, but as I said, how can we value a player at 4mil and offer only 3.5 for a better player? I think we were just trying to tempt them with a wee cheeky bid lol

I know we dont have much money, but is it not hypocritical to say they are holding us to ransom when we done the same thing with Birmingham over Kris Boyd? we rejected around 3 million and were looking for closer to 4 million.....If Jelavic is better than Boyd then surely we have to pay more than what we valued Boyd at? I still agree that we should not sepnd more than the 3.5million on one player but Rangers need to stop wasting time on players we just cant afford!!
