  1. It says it all when even the hearts players were surprised it was a pen. Think it was black who started jumping for joy about a minute later when he realised ref gave a pen.

Ref was a complete joke today! We should have had a clear pen moments before theirs for the push on mcculloch, and I could see that from the back of the club deck!!!!!!

  2. When you take in to account that teams put ticket prices up when we come to town due to 'demand' it paints it in an even worse light for them.

Now we have the likes of the tannadump brigade demanding cash up front. The reality of that is they are bricking it that they wont get that revenue and are panicking about the reality of what they may mean for them.

  3. With recent talk in the media from several sources tossers about our failure to exist or starting again in Division 3, they need only watch Sky Sports 1 right now.

That would be the future of Scottish Football, games played in front of....... hundreds, not thousands.

Most SPL clubs wouldn't survive without the income we generate for them through TV and gate money, and I very much doubt most of them would be able to see off administration safely.

One thing can be rest assured, there will always be The Rangers :uk:

  4. Is it possible that Whytes plan was always to fail to pay tax expecting that the HMRC would issue a winding up order thus allowing him to liquidate the club and start again debt free?

I wonder if going by the statement of the administrators, and HMRC actions in not wanting to wind up the club, Whyte has decided to plunge us into further debt ie ticketus, in order that the liquidation would possibly still go ahead with the new fresh start.

If we come out of admin unscathed, what will Whyte have gained?

With liquidation he gains a suspected 18m in assests to start again, I would guess Ibrox.

Just my ramblings from reading the above thread.

  5. what a load of shite.

they took us from 50 million in debt to 20 in the 3 years after sdm stepped down.

The board might be seen to have reduced our debt to 20mil, but the real reason was Walter. Had it not been for him and the European campaigns then it would still be 50mil evidenced this year by Whyte saying we're running at a 10mil defecit.

  6. Over 1 million and I would consider selling. Has fantastic pace, but doesnt produce enough quality crosses. Mervan said in his interview his preferred posistion was left wing and with McCoist repeatedly playing Wallace there recently, can't see Wylde getting much more of a look in this season.

Take the cash and re-invest in quality!

  7. With all the recent hype about renaming Ibrox it got me thinking about alternative ideas to generate money without selling out on Ibrox.

I personally would like to see Murray park renamed after a popular High Street Store

    'The Bear Factory'

What do you think? Surely a winner.
