He needs a run of games. It seems every time we get a closed door game he scores goals.

I would love to dominate a decent team's midfield. It's not happening, I know, but I really would love to know what it's like again.
We can’t dominate shit teams.

Thoughts on Ferguson as the next gaffer?

We will look back in a year's time and say thank fuck he didn't take our job. Aberdeen and Mcinnes have reached their zenith and will steadily drop down the league with ourselves, Hibs and Hearts back on song, and a relatively strong St Johnstone and Motherwell.
St Petersburg?

The board must be commended here. The stadium is in dire need of maintenance work. They banners were awful.

Considering we don't have a manager then he will aye, he shouldn't though when we have an actual manager in charge.
Maybe that’s part of the reason we haven’t managed to get a manager in.

McCroarie, Tavernier, Pena

A mass walkout would only work if done early on, say 15th minute.

Get the same feeling mate but maybe it's because what the board have said.
We’ll king did say the shortlist contained managers under contract. Maybe murtys included in that.

Heard on the radio the other day at work he was “slamming” Motherwell fans after being hit by a strawberry chewitt, I started pishing myself laughing and a tarrier I work with just looked at me in disgust.
Very specific aswell. Did he eat the chewitt?

So we should now embrace Mediocrity on and off the Pitch as there is no alternative.
Keep them and watch us go to the wall under a mountain of Debt.
Well I’d accept mediocriy for a few years if it meant we could could get to a point where we sustained a title challenge year after year.

They are a car crash. They reak unsustainibility. We cannot live within our means. Loans and more loans. Call one in and we are toast. We are maxed out. We ARE a car crash, both on the field and off it, but both do go together.
The alternative is????

I’m watching the game back. I don’t think the teams as bad as recent results suggest.
Obviously we lack leadership and organisation. Which a good manager could fix.
Dont get me wrong, 5 or 6 of that team aren’t good enough for Rangers. But your not telling me they’re not good enough to beat Hamilton at home.
A decent manager and a couple of key signings will sort us out in the short term.
Long term, we’ll need to think of a way of building a team that can challenge.

Why Pedro?

Believe there is nothing steadied in this ship.
The accounts are a car crash and we are more toxic than nuclear waste.
We are now steeped in an ethos of failure, lies and deceipt. The cancer eminating from the boardroom has now permeated through the whole organisation. Pride and all that is wholesome, has left the building
Rid ourselves of the cancer and we might just start getting this turned around.
The accounts are not ‘car crash’ as you say.
We are running at a loss, but it was expected.

Assuming we don’t have a daddy worbox waiting in the wings to fund a rapid turnaround, would we accept someone to come in with a realistic 3 year business plan (with modest financial injection to help deliver) to get us back to the top.
yr1 CY - appoint a solid manager, trim and reshape the squad, implement a tried and tested system, critical stadium works, still scrape into Europe
yr2 next season - focus on finding ways to win the games against the rest and should secure 2nd/3rd place - we accept that any points off celtic were unexpected at this stage (would be a horrendous mindset I know) - Europe should be seen as a fun distraction but league matches should come first
Yr3 - confidently take to the pitch every week and believe that we’ll find the way to win the vast majority of matches learning from the previous season - take more points off celtic and take advantage of them dropping points against others as well - they’ve already dropped a fair few points this season.
i just don’t feel we are just one manager and a few signings away from sorting this mess out. For me it needs a slight retreat to build up properly!
Thoughts?
There’s a big jump from 2 to 3.

Neil McCann was a massive surprise for me. I thought he was a great player for us.
Biggest disappointment was the same era. Tore Andre Flo. Purely for the fee we paid, and the hype surrounding the transfer.
Other notable mentions: Novo, Darceville, Prso, Rod Wallace, Tugay, and Boumsong.

Did it say in the accounts Park put in 9 million this season or is it your own calculations?
You mention being realistic - here’s the realism - how can a club where one director has pumped 9 million alone into the club this season not expect to be sat better then 4th after getting pumped at home to Hamilton? People throw terms like realism about without being realistic themselves
I think it will show up on next years accounts.

Probably but that is not acceptable.
The 2nd largest shareholder in the club should be demanding the investment at this AGM or asking him to stand down and taking control themselves.
Any shareholder can provide investment. So far, Parks provided us with upwards of £9 million this season.
We need a new manager in. Got to be McInnes. He needs 2 to 3 seasons to build a team with no pressure.
Us fans have to be realistic here.

Either burst the bank and appoint a proven manager with a transfer budget to get us back to the Rangers we expect or get to fuck, AGM is in a few weeks so either do what's right or go and take the clueless cunts that sit alongside you (when you turn up) too
Bank is burst pal.
We have no cash at the moment. That’s just the nature of the beast.

Exactly, I doubt if he will ever go up a level, doesn't have the heart nor the gonads. We probably should have got more money for him but he's no loss.
He’ll end up in league 1, then back in Scotland at Dunfermline or something in his 30s.
-
No. His level is English championship
Full rebuild required
