Surely it should be the people who signed off the EBT payments and those who set them up?
We now have a new owner who had fuck all to do with it, we have a management team and other directors etc who have not benefited from this, so why not go after those who have benefited from it?
imo the people who caused this are desperate for rangers to go into admin so that the court cases never get heard,im probs wrong but if rangers cease to exist does bain get the money he has ringfenced with no questions asked,we no have the scottish media telling us we must go into administration b4 the tax case or we will be deducted 25 points/banned from europe for three years/lose our history/ have to change our name . all this crap tells me they think we can win the tax case and they are running scared

guys i made a point about this after the naisy crap ws and am complained 2/3 years ago that tv evidence was being used unfairly against rangers because it was down to the producer of the show what was edited and what they want to show if the sfa want to do this properly they must have someone watch every match but we all know thats not going to happen so it will be rangers players getting banned from playing big games say for argument sake can they 1 week before of game show stuff from 2/3/4/ weeks before and get rangers players banned for of game ?

The bottom line is this.

The financial side of the problems our Club has endured over the years falls firmly on one doorstep and every single bear knows who that is! And it's got nothing to do whatsoever with the three above.
