  1. Yes the Club is in financial turmoil at the moment but its hardly the fault of anyone on here or any of the support.

I was at the game today but luckily, I could afford it - LOTS CAN'T.

Again, bullshit. If today had been a league decider, at a cost of £15, would there have been 15,000 there?

We have, sadly, one of the most fickle supports ever.

  2. I was there today, but I missed the last 2 games due to work. Now, please enlighten me. Am I a better fan the guys that never attended today, but attended the last 2 games? Pointless thread.

I think it would take more than one post to enlighten you as to why 35,000 fans were absent today. And even longer to improve your grammar.

  3. That could be £15 some people can't afford though, along with their travel and whatever else they get up to...

The thing is, nobody is in a position to question people who weren't in attendance today anyway and it's not like this is the first thread on this today.

Bullshit. The finance argument is a non starter. And why do you think there's been more than one thread on this? If you're a supporter, you're there through thick and thin.

  4. Poor show Bears. And don't give me any shite about finances, etc .because, if today was a league decider you would've been there in your droves. At a time when the Club most needed you, you let them down.

Good to see the Blue Order and the Union Bears there in numbers, as usual.

  5. Hasn't tried a leg in a while. We need some one who is just going to score goals for us and a lot of them. I know people don't like Boyd or think we should not be going back but I would bring him back for just the rest of this season. He knows how to find the net and our home form might improve as he gets those goals against the small teams.

We need to win the league and, much as I hate the cunt for leaving, Boyd (and Gary O'Connor) would do for me.

  6. Al,

Until recently he has worked and closed down from the front pretty well IMO. How quickly we forget.

However doing it all day every day isnt what players of his calibre sign up for. Being isolated up front chasing shadows is pretty uninspiring for everyone.

despite recent poor form the guy is quality.

the question was is its good for us? My opinion is that its not. Wether he has options or not isnt known yet so we will have to wait.

    Probably 48 hours :craphead:

48 hrs is the shite we've heard for ages on Kerrydale Street. But then again, you probably know that.

  7. No its not a good thing he may leave!

I cant believe we think we have to launch it up to him. Thats the problem. Teams have worked out how to play us. They sit 1 in front and 1 behind Jela. No supporting mids for him as we play with two fucking lumps in the middle with Mculloch, Bartley, Edu, etc.

How many CF can recieve the ball from 50 yards away in the air or under pressure from defenders and kill the ball, hold it up for the midfield who are miles away?

Our link up play against Well was based on the Midfield actually playing football and look who was in the middle of the park? They created the movement and they open the space up and if Jela was playing he would have done exceptionally well IMO.

However it looks like he may have other options and if he wants out and we get fair money then let him go. But we wont find another Jela.

Do we really think players like him enjoy playing the kind of football we play? Lump it up to him and fight for it on his own? It says more about as us a club in football mentality than it does Jela as most good CF will want players or caoches to support them in an attacking sense?

    Just my opinion (tu)

When has he ever fought for anything? Apart from his next money making move?

  8. But how have the UB and TBO fucked any chance of having a good atmosphere?

Because, like ǝpɐbıɹq uǝǝɹb ǝɥʇ, they think they've got the copyright on atmosphere creation. From where I sit, they spend more time looking at each other/the enclosure/the broomloan front/rear/each other than they do at the game.
