This aj ragamuffin won't be happy until he hands preferred creditor status to HMRC, I wish tae fuck he would buy a comb and get a shirt that fits him, i've seen better dressed guisers.

They're no sayin matters of confidentiality and all that old boy, things the plebs are not privy to, tales of daring-do and high powered meetings with the high heid yin, but nae tea and biscuits the cheap skate.
-
thats why murray would be the figure head.
Murray the extremely successful fund manager or murray the robbin barstardo.

At least we knew where we stood with the bank. Whyte was the self proclaimed saviour who has led us deeper into the gutter with a string of lies and broken promises behind him.
Of course we knew where we stood with the bank, aj that irrepresible chairy person was he claimed told in no uncertain terms, get in the way of the Whyte deal and we will pull the rug, simples.

After everyone found out about the vodafone deal that when HMRC stopped doing deals. HMRC did offer Whyte a deal and then whyte tried to offer them less than what they had tried to agree with him.
I canny believe people would still believe Craig Whyte over anyone.
A bet you still believe in equitable tax chappy, after they got found out PMFSL.
Who needs enemies wi punters like you posting shit.

vodafone didnt owe paye nat ins and vat
thats the big difference
Aye, the got away with near £6 billion not a lot of difference if you canny count.

I would believe Whyte over those "we don't do deals" lying bastards at HMRC, voda/goldman/Arsenal to name a few, they are upset 'arry stiffed them good and proper and every fucker laughing they went to court and wasted £10 million of taxpayers over no evidence, they are the fucks that should be jailed for collusion and fuckin incompetence.

Am I not right in saying that King put 20 million of his money into the Club for ZERO return which isn't in doubt? Can anyone tell me who the last person was who actually put that amount of hard cash in without there being a level of doubt around it?
And don't be kidded this man has got money in every corner of the globe. Once the S African case is finished (he is already being allowed to trade again I believe) he will be able to access his (sorry, his poor old mum's) accounts.
It's all about opinions but I would welcome this man at the airport personally and organise a flute band to escort his car all the way to the Marble Staircase!! A genuine bluenose. He may have shafted some people in the past but I don't believe he would harm The Club.
Would he pass the SFA/SPL fit and proper person thingamy ?

Anyone got a contact number for that bald bloke of cowboy builders?!
He always seems to track the cowboys down and get answers! Whyte would have nowhere to hide
The thick twats on snyde slug delachunt and alki said he had fled to costa rica last night, they shouldn't believe everything they read on ££ or in in the daily fail.

You realise that article is from June last year? I know that it probably still applies nowadays but our situation is slightly different!
Naw, am no awfy bright what situation is that ?

Well that's fan ownership fucked in the heid. Allegedly.
DAVE King has dismissed as a pipedream the idea Rangers could ever be owned and operated by its fans.

He's in Homebase at Palace Grounds Hamilton, buying a big fuck off lawnmower and a chainsaw the baws boggle or is that bobble.

Very interesting development.

What do you make of AJ's belief that Lloyd's would eventually have shifted the £18m onto Murray's business had Whyte not provided a more tempting way out?
The same as the banks probably, what a nutter aj is expecting the bank to absorb his and his band of incompetents fuck ups and pour £150 milliom into mih to shore up murrays other fuck ups.

Of course Whyte could always leak, which he undoubtedly will at some point.
-
Since there appears to be an unwillingness to say what banner Whyte comes under, it brings me to conclude that what we don't know or aren't allowed to know may be more interesting than what we do know which isn't much.

I refuse to let this descend in to another pop at VB because some on here love that.
Again all i can say is that until you attend one of these meetings personally then and only then will you realise why certain information cannot be leaked or released.
As for Glass and Dingwall...you would have been in the company of a fair few from VB then.
We all want the best for Rangers FC do we not?
Do you put Whyte under the banner of harming the club deliberately or is there still hope.

And i am not in a position to disagree. All i will say is that until you actually attend one of these meetings and realise what is discussed only then do you understand what can and cannot be made public. There has to be some degree of client confidentiality. However it is what is kept hidden and perhaps why that could be debated. Is it for personal gain or for the good of your group.
VB have no aspirations for a seat on the board and never will do. All we have tried to do from day one was look after the club and the fans.
Say for example the Chairman makes an allegation about a former employee off the record and we decide "fcuk it we are printing it"....what good does that do for the Chairman, for Rangers or for the individuals concerned.
Spreading hearsay and gossip is not what we hold meetings for.
And again i will state that if information came our way that proved someone or some group was deliberately out to harm Rangers FC it would get published without hesitation regardless of who it implicates.
I don't think i can be any clearer on this issue can I ?
Would you put Whyte under that banner, or do you think there is still hope.

Considering the old board were considering selling them probably not.

It would be foolhardy for anyone to make their move until after that and the administrator's full report.
However, that doesn't mean work can't go ahead in the background to see what is possible. Indeed, that should have been happening over the last year in any case.
I would suggest that the tribunal decision is in reality more important, if we win it there will be an almighty scramble, if we lose it there will also be an almighty scramble by the waiting vultures.
-
According to the real financial people on newsnight, not the woeful sports hacks I add, they were finding it difficult to see that Whyte had done anything unlawful, morally maybe unlawful doubtful.
-
I would think someone should insist on seeing the proof of funding for the original £33 million that was said to have been proofed to LBG, they must have it in their file if they don't all and any debt to them from us should be quashed, we should as a club also sue them for damages including any tax liability if this all goes pear shaped.

Alastair Johnston has questioned whether Craig Whyte has met the conditions set in the sale purchase agreement in his takeover of Rangers FC.
In a statement, the former club chairman queried whether Mr Whyte should remain the secure creditor at the club if the conditions of extinguishing the debt have not been met.
The following letter was sent to administrators Duff and Phelps on Wednesday:
Fuck knows wont paste here's link
The words of the robber baron minty.
"Contrary to recent press speculation, there is no legal mechanism in the SPA for MIH to reacquire the Club.
