Nacho, How do I order one of the originals? Thanks again.
Edit - ignore please, I just ordered one (Helps to read the first page!)
Thanks for your order
-
Update:
Afternoon all, I'm due to receive the sample scarves at some point this week (pics to follow).
Unfortunately all of the 2013/2014 scarves are now accounted for.
There are 50 of the original design remaining, but I expect these will be bought sooner or later.
Thanks to everyone!
-
The new ones? I'll take one mate if they're still there?
Nah the old ones mate, I'll double check the numbers sold of the new design tonight.
-
Nacho, just completed transaction for one of the originals. Gr8 day to buy another scarf, I've still got a similar scarf I had in the 70's. Thanks for the great work and opportunity. WATP
You're welcome mate. Thanks for your order.
This scarf was inspired by one of the late 60's/early 70s silk scarves.
-
Update:
Posting from my phone, so cannot update the paid list right now.
There must be around 60 scarves left.
-
Nacho just paid for one of the originals can't believe I've missed the new style. Gutted. Can you keep us informed if you're going to order some more. Cheers and thanks.
Will do mate.
Cheers.

Unfortunately the list is illustrative and not prescriptive.
Thanks for clearing it up.
I'm not keen on the idea of Bain back at Ibrox
-
I had always thought the likes of Bain could not come back into the fray.
"The test for who is a ‘fit and proper person’ is contained within Clause 10.2 of the Articles of Association of the Scottish Football Association.6 The list is not exhaustive and is intended to be illustrative. Included within the list is that the individual must not have been declared bankrupt or have been involved as director at another football club, in any country, which has suffered an insolvency event within 5 years of the appointment to the new club."

If someone could shed more light on this situation, I'd be obliged.
Cheers.

Are you washing it at the correct temperature?
Also, don't iron the transfers... (I don't iron football tops at all)
and limit the number of Klinsmann dive celebrations you perform on an artificial pitch.
-
I paid for one, Nacho....I sent a message with it. Thanks x
Thanks for your order, no worries at all.

Update:
Bulk order now placed.
-
Brilliant just placed an order for the original scarf. Do you know how long it takes to arrive.
Delighted btw
Mid October is the deadline that I'm working to.

Hi mate, sorry for the delayed reply.
Aye the paypal payment process could have been done better - Ideally I was wanting to set up a drop down menu with a changeable quantity (that would also update price).
However, I wasn't able to factor in a discount for multiple scarves e.g if you selected 2 scarves it would cost £9 *2 instead of £16.90.
Thanks for your order, I'll go and update the records.
-
Just orderd 2 of the old scarfs aswell mate great job your doing !
Thanks a lot mate. I've just updated the list
-
Much appreciated sir!
No probs whatsoever mate
So that's 5% commission per scarf sale to Gersnet? haha
-
Nacho, could you PM me your email address or phone number (or both) please mate. My fellow Gersnet admin Craig out in Bermuda wants to order a load as stocking fillers for Xmas, but he's not on RM and asked me to get a way he could contact you. Thanks!
Sure thing Zappa.
I'll drop the details in a PM.
Cheers.

Hi there orderd and payed for a new scarf this morning without putting in my user name is my order ok thanks joe
Cheers mate.
-
It's also worth mentioning that the paid list is not a comprehensive list of all buyers. It merely shows the users who have added their RM username to the paypal transaction.
-
Paid for one of the new ones mate but dont see m name in the list of confirmed buyers?
Any reason for this mate?
Couldn't see your username listed on paypal.
Drop me a PM with your full name and I can update the records.
Cheers.

The loan of players is one I disagree with - your basically developing a Ayer for someone else to benefit from and I would rather we took some development risks against short term loans.
Agreed, unless we have some sort of deal in place that gives us first refusal to buy the player - something along the lines of the Davis loan (then transfer).
-
Update:
With the new design destined to sell out (very soon), I will now place the bulk order of 200. Similarly, the payment facility for this design will also be removed.
A limited quantity (currently 77) of the original scarf design are still available for order.
- I'm actually quite surprised that the original scarves haven't all been snapped up - I've lost track of the number of PMs sent requesting this design.
Once these have been sold, I will not be looking to organise another scarf run until at least June 2014 i.e. season 14/15
Cheers.

That would suggest a wage budget of £15.5M, is that wise?
If you think that we don't need to spend it all remember Managers will spend their budget, from top to bottom...
Financially a wage cap of 33% : turnover would be a very positive step in my opinion. A club like swansea has approx 54% wage : turnover, celtic must be in the region of 60%.
I guess the main issue would be the quality of player we could sign in order to operate within the wage cap. We'd have to develop a quality scouting system and have an eye for up and coming players.
As the saying goes "Wish in one hand, shit in the other. See which one gets filled first."
-
It will be interesting to see if we still plan on sticking to a 33% wage : turnover cap.
Previous turnover projections seemed to indicate results in the region of £46.5m (Cenkos link here http://news.stv.tv/west-central/200640-rangers-plan-wage-caps-and-season-ticket-hikes-to-revive-club/).
-
The wages should be the most important factor. We should have a wage cap, and that would dictate, more or less, what we spend on transfers.
It will be interesting to see if we still plan on sticking to a 33% wage : turnover cap.
Anyone fancy taking up a bit of "Loyalist sectarian dancing"?
