To be fair in Danny Wilson’s champions league appearances we were humiliated by much worse teams than Liverpool, Napoli & Ajax. The Urinea Urziceni game was absolutely horrendous.

We will probably match the tarriers for the most part but there’s no way we are gonna win the Old Firm games under Gio’s shitebag management; their squad isn’t CL level either but it’s far better than ours (especially decimated by long term injuries).

One things for certain he’s not Champions League level yet, but he’s got an excuses he’s hardly played any 1st team football, 18 is young for any player but especially a CB, he may well develop into a CL level player in the future. For the most part he’s looked more than good enough in Scotland but it’s Wilson & Gio’s fault that he’s thrown in the deep end against Champions League quality opposition; especially surrounded by such a poor squad.

Sorry but I can’t share the slight optimism that many on here seem to have. Despite the good performance against the sheep shaggers this is once again a different level and with the suspensions/injuries/shite squad we have we are in no position to beat a team like Ajax. Hopefully they prove me wrong and at least get a draw but I just can’t see it.
