  1. Rangers Football Club PLC - that name will change perhaps Glasgow Rangers PLC (who knows)

Rangers Football Club will still be Rangers Football Club - no change there

Home ground - Ibrox Stadium - no change there

Club colours = blue/red/white = no change there

Club History = 54 league titles, One ECWC trophy +++++++++++++++ = no change there

Fan Base = no change there (ok we may lose a few but I suspect not many)

Club Founded 1872 no change there

Our History cannot be taken away so no change there

Club Crest 'RANGERS FOOTBALL CLUB - READY' no change there

WE DON'T GIVE UP, we DON'T WALK AWAY, NO SURRENDER no change there

Okay this is as bad as it gets. The next 3 - 5 seasons are going to be tough but Rangers Football CLUB will always be Rangers Football CLUB === no change there

Anyone with business acumen will understand that The Rangers Football Club will still continue as an entity when the assets are purchased. Companies come and go but institutions still remain.

Assets have been transferred before; the only difference is that the company that used to own us will have £0 in the bank. The company that used to own Celtic has a massive £2 token gesture.

I will fly my Union Jack and my Saltire with pride, but for the plastic paddies, its time to go home to the East End and choke on your jelly!

If you were born in Scotland and wave the tricolour, but have never set foot in the country that you support, then plastic paddy land is where you belong, for there is only one Scotland and Great Britain.

We welcome all nationalities, but bitter hypocrites and extremists will never be welcomed in our great country.

Our club will never die, because We Are The People, we are not pretenders, just real honest people with loyalty and dignity!

Don’t even start me on the inherent child abuse abomination, moral high ground my arse.

  2. CVA – Accepted:

Ticketus – Liquidation will result in a full investigation of the takeover – CVA Accepted

    HMRC – CVA Accepted

EBT verdict not delivered, so cannot be held into account legally

PAYE & VAT payments subject to ongoing fraud investigations

    Ticketus & HMRC > 75% of creditors.

Collyer Bristow & Craig Whyte will be investigated regarding fraudulent financial transactions

If you read through the following reports, the differentiation between tax evasion, tax avoidance and fraud will become apparent.

    http://www.thelawyer.com/collyer-bristows-future-looks-secure-as-it-defeats-innovator-one-claim/1012627.article

Neil Lennon participated in a tax evasion scheme then sued Innovator One, who in turn sued Collyer Bristow. Collyer Bristow were vindicated and both the preacher and his broker became broke.

    However under Section (4)

    accessory liability issues in relation to solicitors and others (dishonest assistance, knowing receipt and conspiracy) were unproven;

Our case seems solid, regarding the Withey involvement.

I understand that this is a hefty amount of information to take in, but the CVA will be accepted.

HMRC will get their pound of flesh, but not from us.

    On a brighter note,

    There’s only one Dermot Desmond,

    INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT & UNDERWRITING LIMITED

http://www.iiu.ie/ for the last six years IIU posted their accounts as:

'The cost of the administration of the company is borne by a third party. There is, therefore, no income or expenditure for this period'?

And Mr Neil Lennon’s at it again!

    And

    http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/news/exposed-the-hundreds-of-city-millionaires-in-film-tax-loophole-7676028.html

All three have the preacher Lennon involved, yet again!

    Summary:

The murkiness of this particular scheme was highlighted this week, when HMRC barred Eclipse 35 from claiming tax relief on a £1bn tie-up with Disney. The relief would have been worth £404,000 for each of the high-net worth individuals involved who invested on average £173,000.

A spokeswoman for UK Uncut said the revelations showed "big businesses and bankers are profiting from everyone else's economic woes by cutting their tax bills."

Elsewhere, the taxman is currently investigating another film partnership, Ingenious Film Partners 2 LLP, in which City bigwigs including Centrica chief executive Sam Laidlaw and Dick Olver, chairman of the defence giant BAE, were investors for at least four years.

    Moral high ground my erse.
