  1. I dont really care about the size of pitch ots still football .

Get it on the deck, and none of this punting it high shite.

    Its putrid and wont work

Well there must be some explanation for the enormous contrast between our home and away performances, mustn't there? And you can't say it's the home support as our fans are totally drowning out away supports everywhere we go.

Not saying it's just that, but the OP's stats are very interesting at the least.00000042.gif

  2. Arseholes.

Last week at the east fife game, I paid in to sit in the Copland. The g4s steward, who was about fucking 16, grabbed me by my collar when I was about to pay the wee lassie and tried to pull me back out of the wee bit right at the turnstile.

I turned round and told him to get his fucking hands off me, he then told me I was to remove the "bottle" from my pocket. There was clear,y not a bottle in my pocket so I asked him 'what fucking bottle'?

He then tried to just stick his hand straight not my pocket!

Told him he didn't have an SIA badge and if he tried to go in m pockets again I'd be reporting him, he then asked me to empty pockets.

The 'bottle' was my fucking wallet  he then said oh well I was only asking.

    Cheeky wee cunt.

Can't stick his hand in your pocket even with an SIA badge. Even the police can't do that. Should have reported the little prick.

  3. As the title says i wonder what bomber is thinking now after today's events regarding season tickets. Being 30 years old i remember John Brown in the 9 in a row era, and the performance he put in against Leeds at Elland Road in 92, so in my eyes he will always be a legend, however i feel he let himself down over his "takeover bid" which has all gone very quite now. Is it now time that he came out and appologised to Charles Green and admit he was wrong?

I don't believe for a second that Brown ever did anything that he didn't feel was in the best interests of the club. Some of his actions, however, were misguided in the extreme. He got carried away and was playing at things he didn't understand.

Maybe an apology to Green, and indeed the fans would go a long way towards making amends. Maybe he could eventually be welcomed back to Ibrox (although on the training ground, definitely not the boardroom!).

  4. It would mean payments to players would be non-contractual. SPL wouldn't have a case re stipping titles.

So if we win the BTC then we automatically would be cleared in the EBT case? And therefore the only thing we would be guilty of would be CW nicking the PAYE and VAT for 10 months. Now that would be interesting...

  5. I am no having this Black is gonnae do this and Jig is gonnae do that. That is just as bad as his foolish statements. We are Rangers, we are above all that nonsense.

How about we simply go out there, be professional, show our greater abilitiy and rip him a new arsehole on the park with the ball. I want my club to move through these leagues with a bit of style, grace and dignity. I do not want to gather silly, silly vendettas along the way.

I'm not sure Graeme would agree with you...

  6. Wish people would stop seeing my comment as an attack on Broadfoot. It really isn't. All i'm saying is that an attacking full back would be handy in a league in which many teams may stick many men behind the ball and we require another outlet to flood our attack

I get what you're saying. I just think we have to adapt our mindsets as fans to the fact that we are in SFL3. It's not natural as Gers fans, but it is what it is.

I have to say, I'm actually a bit concerned that the type of player we are signing is too good (never thought i'd say that!). Shiels was a POTY nominee last season FFS! I guess Green thinks he has to keep us fans interested, and maybe he has a point. But I just want us on as strong a financial footing as possible in 3 years time.

Would also add (again, never thought i'd say it), that our signing policy this month should focus more on quantity than quality. We had four subs against Brechin. If we are to have any problems at all this season (and next), it will be due to lack of fit players rather than lack of quality IMO.

  7. Can we please remember that we are playing in Scottish Division 3? Broadfoot was starting Champions League games not so long back. He'll do fine as our right back. No point spending money on the sort of quality we really don't need. Brechin was (the equivalent of) our first pre-season friendly with a squad full of new faces. If we lost our first friendly to a lower league German team (!) we would think little of it. Let's just get back to where we belong quickly and with minimum fuss.
