  1. The first person that should be quizzed is Billy Dodds given his article in the Herald in which he clearly stated that the tax was already deducted. I mentioned this on another thread and someone replied that Dodds should be asked to prove it. Would decide one way or the other there and then.
  2. Thats a fair point because initially he denied that he had recieved money from the EBT. I would imagine he got a p45 or something.
  3. We would be able to do that if billy Dodds hadnt told the world he recieved his wages, tax already deducted, through the fund.
  4. I have no problem with fielding under 18's as they will still shit themselves at the sight of the jersey. I would be surprised, though, if they were prepared to allow us to field 11 players to load the odds even more against us.
  5. I had high hopes for this one but, tbf, the EBT was already in place when he joined them from Boro and he/his agent wanted the arrangement to continue which celtic agreed to. This, however, only lasted a few weeks and Celtic changed the deal on the advice of their accountants and fizzed up to HMRC and settled. i dont know why HMRC are not knocking at Boro's door though. Salmond's club Hearts have used EBT's and they seem to be getting away with it.
  6. IMO they expected us to be out for a season, not 3, so they are looking again, quite rightly, at contracts that are on offer and need to be renewed.
  7. Last PWC report had Arabs at £5.726m, Sheep (£12.866), Celtic (£14.077), killie (£10.538), Hearts (£36.100), Hibs (£4.062) Well (407k) St. Mirren (24k) Both ICt and the Perth Saints had cash at bank. New PWC report due out soon so these figures are a couple of season old. Mind you they had us at £27m at the time.
  8. Very true. But St.Johnstone, in particular, have cash at the bank. I am sure Geoff Brown could get credit if they needed it. We wont know till it happens I suppose, Lets just hope its soon, I could do with some cheering up.
  9. Excluding Kilmarnock, all those clubs have little or no debt.
  10. Exactly. Unless someone names the five teams, and the clubs who are going to change their vote, this is all just unsubstantiated gossip. If they are going to go bust if would be nice to goad them about it.
  11. He should name them and ramp it up a bit. Let the fans of those clubs know that their future is ENTIRELY dependent on another club and they exist only because we exist.
  12. I wouldnt expect support from Livingston.
  13. £32.7m bud. Hit £39m for two years in 2008 and again in 2009. Topped £41m in 2004.
