  1. I don't need a fucking quote for fux sake, you think a fucking yorkshireman with no previous for being in anyway connected to rangers gives a monkeys fuck how many pennants we have hanging in the trophy room over how many pounds are in the bank account?

Another fucking ridiculous comment from you.

Didn't he already say he'd grow potatoes on the pitch if he had to to make money. That's about how much he cares.

  2. The lost history being banded about again and from one of our own. That's what happens when this stuff is left unchallenged. Some seemed shocked that other Scottish football clubs have shown hatred towards us. Is it really that surprising when we've been consistently demonised in this country for over 20 years and done nothing about it. Makes it easy for any "neutral" to go against us. It's already embedded in their sub conscious.

I don't know why John Brown doesn't challenge this. But we had Richard Gough...I think, saying something similar recently. The press are at it again......repeat a lie often enough and people accept it as truth. We need to start challenging this and all the other negativity....it does untold damage.

  3. I had a big lump in my throat watching JB and the fans at Ibrox last night. I just couldn't believe that this is what it has come toand this was really happening to The Rangers. Although I have been fearing for weeks that we'd all wake up one day and think.....my God what have we let happen here. So in that sense it was good to see some passion and movement. In saying that I feel I was left with more questions than answers and the thing about the two he was recently involved in still doesn't sit right with me.

  4. Hate to put a damper on things but I was talking to an extremely close relative who is a C.A. and fellow season ticket holder yesterday who works for one of the big four accountancy/tax companies. He tells me he has spoken with their restructuring people at length about the CVA and they tell him that HMRC simply don’t want to do deals on a CVA and they will almost certainly put a company out of business first. The logic is if they do a CVA deal then loads of other businesses will follow simply to get clear of their debts. The fact that something is better than nothing under a liquidation is of no concern to HMRC as it’s not a private company and the money is the taxpayers not their own.

To complicate the issue, Rangers are seen by HMRC as high profile so there is even less chance they would do a deal on a CVA. We then discussed the possibility of a “back door” deal with HMRC and that is a non-starter as they would then publicly be agreeing to the CVA and as this would be a matter of public record you can guarantee those who hate us(you know who) would have that plastered all over the mhedia.

Hate to say this guys but in his and his colleagues opinion the only outcome here is going to be liquidation and a newco.

Have you been hanging out with Speirs again? You're beginning to sound just as negative as him.

  5. Now firstly as far as I'm concerned Ally had every right in asking for the 3 members of this panel to be named. Firstly if the SFA are calling for more transparency within the game then how can you justifiably punish a club and keep it publishers identities secret....it is the ultimate in contradiction. Secondly if for whatever reason you have go to court, you are faced with a judge, possibly a jury and the lawyers from either side...What gives the SFA any right to feel as if they can be different and secretive.

All Ally has done here is request the transparency which the SFA themselves have said they want to make their decision making process yet it seems that McCoist is so far in the wrong here taking abuse from every quarter in the press Keevins claiming this iwas the day when the games rule of law broke down.....himself and several other journos have used the iword intimidation several times when describing McCoists call.

Now compare this to the continued campaign by another member club where the integrity of officials was and is still being called in to question, transparency was called for even as far as the then chairman of said member club calling for officials to tell us who they supported.

This campaign was seen as "needed" for the Scottish game and changes were brought about through this campaign with high profile officials and ex officials losing their jobs......and remember McDonalds change of decision was th CORRECT decision.......now even this season certain officials integrity gas been called in to question, one even branded criminal, all the while the online army of fans forms this member club have made continued death threats to this official........unsurprisingly this campaign was backed by the press, not a hint of intimidation in this approach then.

The Rangers manager and fans of the club have held their heads high throughout these tough times....and we should be afforded the decency of knowing who is punishing us as given details of the decision making process, as has been said the panel has more or less said Whyte was in the wrong here yet we are being punished, I for one believe we have a right to know why and not so that I can threaten or intimidate anyone......the witch hunt of McCoist is a joke and IMO wouldn't have happened if the boot was on the other foot.

  6. Loud and clear, and the guy that interviewed Ally at the end (don't know who it was) said, "What about those fans, they just will not go away" Ally- "I know, they are amazing. The fans have been a towering strength throughout this whole situation." That was really good to hear. I really felt for him today. He has been the towering strength in all of this. :praise:

  7. People believe what they see, not what they read from an obviously bitter journalist. That's why, no matter how much they try to gloss over Lennon's antics they know deep down it's futile. The world can see him for what he is. It'd take more than this to blacken Ally's character.

He's a man of substance.....a great ambassador for our Club and loved the world over.
