Best thing of that statement is the fact we are looking at someone to come in and secure us 2nd place short term while they look to appoint someone long term to go with the clubs philosophy and style of play they have implemented. That is how it should be.
18 million invested will mostly be on wages but also on stadium maintenance and upgrades as well as scouting and youth set up etc etc.
There was the 5 million to sports direct, 1.8 for garner and a few improved contracts. All adds up pretty quick.
Also seems that we have 12 million to invest in the next year. I imagine a big chunk of that will be signings and wages in the summer especially if we get 2nd, an exciting managerial appointment and a shot at europe

Tin hat on but I thought senderos was good bar the handball. And he was done by a bit of skill for a goal but definitely think it should be him and Wilson at the back. Wilson needs an older head beside him and I think they would be a good partnership for the season

It was good to see how direct he was but still think he will struggle when teams sit so deep and park 10 men in front of him.
His best work today was done when motherwell were trying to push up and get back Into the game and there was more space but definitely think he will play a big part this season

We will only see a significant increase in revenue in 2020 when sky and BT decide who wants the old firm games more. With bt taking the champs league off sky we could see the offers bumped up I think
