Another fine job on a long, long trail. You guys are doing the club and it’s thousands of fans proud.

I got a ticket at the last minute and exited at Edmiston Drive instead of my normal stairway 13.
My mates were on the front page of the Sunday People standing behind the goal.
They were at the back end of the crush and were lucky to survive.
One of the 66 was the boyfriend of a girl in our office building.
It’s hard to believe that we won the ECWC a mere 16 months later.
RIP those who never got home.

The Red Lion was a circular bar until I stopped going there in 1987.
Today it looks a dump but the staff are great and it is one of the cheapest pubs in the city centre.
