So he's the saviour for France, Qatar and the USA all at once.....and he won't keep a penny?
Nothing from what he said makes him out to be a saviour in France, not sure about the Qatar references tbh.. He has done a lot for USA football and will continue to do so, never claimed he was the saviour. Never said he wasn't keeping a penny, just because he's making money on top of also donating to charity doesn't make him anything near how folk are portraying him on here.

I got a PM from him also was very decent and told me who he was talking to regarding the info seems honest enough and good of the poster to share the info.

A millionaire footballer given to charity and being classed as some god, or greater than a normal person who can't afford it, actually sickens me. Not often I disagree with on mate, but really don't buy into this PR stunt and praise given to Beckham.
Can't believe people and the media are being sucked into this stunt and totally ignoring the amount of money he will make from shirt sales, sponsorship etc. Guy will still make a good amount of money. It's a bit like his 'pay cut' with LA Galaxy, took a 40% decrease in wages and was praised, yet was still one of the highest paid players in the league, IIRC only Henry got more.
Why did he leave after a year of this new deal, was he unhappy with the big cut or something?
How on earth can Beckham giving so much to charity sicken you? You're the one that seems to be using it for point scoring, who cares if he got that much money, it's his fucking right to earn as much money as he wants, he doesn't have to give a penny to charity.

It's not great but it's the best we have sadly.
I'll certainly concede that, it's a good squad considering what you have to choose from.
When are the next U21 games anyone? Would like to see if we get any of the younger lads in that squad.

To be honest I'd rather the Greek played against Dundee utd.
He got a bit more pace than hegarty and I think that may be crucial in this game.

He's certainly EPL quality, in my opinion. Reminds me, very slightly of Bale, just the technique and how comfortable he is when going forward without necessarily being that skilful.

Well not the exact same no but the intent was still there, he's given his "hard" earned cash to help in the rise of Rangers, not everyone can say that, especially people on here that would never pull on a scum top.

I think he did chuck it, said so at the time which is infuriating for me as i've been sticking up for him for a while now.
As the poster Madina said, i had high hopes for him when he transferred over. Thought he would be the youngster we built the defense around. I honestly thought he would be a rock for us and be receiving plaudits all over but game after game it's getting harder to stick up for him and to be honest i don't think he's good enough anymore.
