We should think before we post though.
Think before I post?
No chance

thats funny because I seem to remember that when Ibrox was being used for the sevens at last years commonwealth games it recieved universal acclaim for being such a fantastic stadium.
perhaps the rebel has a short memory when it comes to remembering the truth

would be good to get a full house to welcome the new gaffer

Did someone put a gun to his head ? Bottom line is he could have stayed if he wanted to but went at first time of asking and sadly let all the fans down . Hope he never gets to wear our jersey again because he may have been the difference had he stayed.
thats a pretty tragic comment mate.
The lad never ment anyone any harm: he wants a career in football and if in his mind if he thought he wasn't going to get that chance at rangers you can't blame him for looking elsewhere

TBF, it was only a very small part of that interview that was about Ashley.
Another case of a slightly misleading headline I would say.
its not too bad
if it had been the daily rebel it would be something like "New Rangers manager threatens to throw game against motherwell"
-
strange thread

Templeton is a good player and his introduction as a sub has been a game changer at times
but he is only brilliant in fits and starts and lacks the consistency needed to be a 90 minute player
he undoubtably has talent though just perhaps not the fortitude to see it through
-
All been playing pish as we all kno, but mccall needs to spark a reaction in these cunts, and i'd start off with this lot of proven spl quality players.. players that at some point really shined for their former teams!
proven spl quality of years gone past does not equal desirable qualities for present day team. I think we all know that plenty you the players you list in your starter eleven are not good enough for the job at hand.
not only that you haven't even got Darren McGregor in your back four, argueably the best defender we have at present.
-
IMO, mccall should pick the most experienced starting eleven, and from next game onwards drop the under performers and give someone else their chance to cement their position for the remainder of season.. the following 4-2-3-1 is crammed with proven spl quality players..
Foster---zaliuskas---mcculloch--wallace
Black
Shiels. Law
Miller. Templeton
Boyd
why give the under performers another chance? they have had plenty of chances already
-
Kenny was dropped into a pretty dire situation but he did the best he could imo.
he had the courage to leave players out of the team who weren't performing and he tried mixing things up a bit on the pitch too so he deserves full credit for that.
All moves that ally was not prepared to take it must be said
I wish him all the best for the future

Sounds very like fairweather fans to me.
well yes and no: just trying to be realistic, some fans are feeling really worn out at the moment I think
-
We've got to be happy with that. A bit of enthusiasm. He looks like he wants to be there
enthusiasm
now there's a word that I haven't seen on RM for a well: welcome back my lost friend!
hopefully things will be on the up now
-
Yup. At the moment it's looking like even less of a crowd than what we had midweek.
I expect a lot of ticket sales between now and Saturday though, especially with us appointing a new manager.
hope you're right but to be honest I can see why numbers might be lower than expected: the QOTS game was touted as another much heralded "new start" for Rangers and it was a big disappointment, just like with all the other "new starts" we have seen over recent years with Green etc.
People need deeds not words, when the deeds on the pitch are aligned with the fine words espoused off the pitch then maybe the fans will feel like coming back. you can't blame them for feeling a little fatigued can you?
I was watching the QOTS game on RTV and even I felt worn down by what I saw and I didnt pay 20 odd quid to get in the gate.
-
McCulloch's performances have been well under par this season imo
he's a likeable guy for sure, but on the pitch I believe his best playing days are over.
wouldn't keep in him the team for next season. big changes are needed to help install a new, fighting, attitude. the old guard must go.
-
Mark Dingwells obviously not shy of a few bacon butties
-
Some L'Oreal products might sort him out?
-
until new blood is brought in on the pitch expect more of the same lads
you can't make a silk purse of a sow's ear
-
A big sigh when he came on tonight he couldn't even manage to tie his hair up, poor show.
He is a likeable guy
but his hair really let him down tonite
-
QOTS were well worth their point: fought tooth and nail all nite and worked tirelessly for one another
I wish I could say the same for Rangers
clear this lot out
-
looks like a woman, needs a haircut

Lewis has been sorely missed
but I wish him well none the less
Mccall Would Have Rejected Ashley's Advances

by reacting like that you are just falling for the bait that the daily rebel put down in that article
it was probably just an off the cuff remark of no special significance but duly picked up on by the "reporter" (for want of a better word).
I really don't know why anyone pays ANY attention to the daily rebel, let along post links to their articles or worse still get worked up over the crap they print.
that rag aint worth wiping your arse on
