  1. Peralta,no question, then we can start adding some of these dummies.Simonsen, worst ever goalkeeper??

the thing I dont get about peralta was why was he even signed in the first place?

who advised Rangers he would be worth signing? It is a real worry that the club keep signing so many duds. who tips the club off bout these players?

their judgement has been well off the mark time and time again

sometimes it is right to shoot the messenger

  2. It depends, what you're talking about is top down financial control, however, in football management, a lot of the time if the board members are not as up as the manager regarding how much it will cost to be successful they will approach him for advice and then formulate the budgets.

I think McCoist is guilty of taking advantage of weak governance to get what he wanted.

TBH you probably know more about that than me

However one thing: McCoist is certainly guilty of making too many expensive signings: players that were very poor and left me wondering why he signed them in the first place.

who advised him to sign the likes of Sandaza etc?

He is also guilty of some terrible tactics on the pitch as well.

  3. Three years ago the fans accepted demotion and most bought into the idea of rebuilding from scratch. the only person not to be a willing participant was sadly our money grabbing cnut of a manager who is still taking his pound of flesh from the club.

a manager cant spend the loot without the boards consent so imo the lack of vision doesn't stop on the managers desk: it goes right to the top of the club

  4. Truth being ive fallen out of love with this club, ive actually been to more Partick thistle games this season than Rangers. It's the bigots who have drove me away, being a catholic supporting this club is really really hard at times.

sounds like you are in a popeless situation :D

  5. Ffs mate are you one of the ones holding our club back in the dark ages we as a football club have moved on from this sort of thing we dont need no bigoted stuff to hold us back we are up to our knees in big trophies

    thats right

I think we should have a rainbow coloured shirt to represent all races, cutlures and sexual preferences

  6. No one agree with this?

    yip sure do

the days of waving cheque books about all over the show, signing has beens or never will be's has come to an end, one way or another.

should have come to an end three years ago and a new philosophy adopted but the chance was not realised. perhaps too much "old school" thinking remained in the club to allow it to move on an embrace a different approach.

but if the club is to flourish again in the future a short, mid and long term plan must be put into place. no more bumbling on doing the same old same old and complaining when we keep getting the same results: a bloated, over paid and underwhelming squad.

Nope a new fresh approach must be developed, one that embraces eveyone from the fans to the younger players, a boardroom not full of buffoons stuck in ivory towers but instead an innovative boardroom that is inclusive to the fans.

it will happen, for a club like Rangers will always rise back to the top, but it will happen a lot faster if we all share a common vision for the Rangers and end the bitter infighting and indecisiveness of recent times
